I wrote “I Am Not Your Toy” after watching a news report about girls being hunted on social media. They were pushed into sending nude photos on apps like Snapchat, then blackmailed, threatened, and treated like property.
If they didn’t obey, the perp said he’d dump their pictures online for the world to see.

This song is my answer to that.
My middle finger.
My “I am not your toy, and I’m going to the police.”

I recorded everything in my home studio. Just me, my Fender, and a voice full of rage before the Digital Bunnies helped me shape the chaos. Ten takes later, I had it: a raw, dirty, grunge‑soaked protest track, a scream against abuse, cyberbullying, and the predators who hide behind screens.

If you’re dealing with stalkers, blackmail, or sextortion, reach out to someone you trust. You don’t owe anyone your body, your pictures, or your silence.

(lyrics by Cynthia Fridsma)
What would you do if you were me
What would you do if you were me

Oh I am standing there in the dark
I feel the pain in my chest

Oh everything just started so fine
Oh everything just was so right
But then I found out that you only used me for your own pleasure
Like I'm a toy

Well I got news for you buddy
I am not your toy
Lord you try to tell me that you own me
Like I am your property
That I have to do what you say to me

You got my pictures and you threaten to publish them well
Well fuck you
I really don't give a damn, man
Blackmail that's what you do
Telling me where to go and how to dress
And you follow me
Oh and what you gonna publish my pictures well
Fuck you
Go eat shit
I don't give a fuck if you do
They're only pictures anyway

You know what? I go to the police
