00:00All right, base power text line 713-5724-610.
00:03YouTube and Twitch, you can jump in on this as well.
00:07A little real or fake.
00:09I say a statement, you text in real or fake and give you reasons behind it.
00:13Let me start with you, Clint Sterner.
00:17Real or fake?
00:20CJ Stroud is feeling good about the Texans' offseason moves so far.
00:25Real or fake?
00:26Fake.
00:33Yeah, I think it's fake.
00:34I just, you know, I think CJ.
00:37Did you hit a button first?
00:38No, I was trying to be quick.
00:40Yeah, no, I think it's fake.
00:41I don't think there's any way that CJ Stroud feels good about anything that's going on in Houston
00:44on the offensive side of the ball, including free agency.
00:49You know, I've said it before.
00:50Look, I think CJ Stroud is, I think CJ Stroud's in a spot where it's real,
00:57it's hard to not look at kind of the hand that he's been dealt, if you will,
01:02with offensive coordinators, systems, supporting cast, injuries around him,
01:09you know, the offensive line issues.
01:12I mean, the whole thing.
01:13And then these, whether you like it or not, these, I would call it conservative approaches
01:20to fixing the deal, you know, which is what we're in the middle of last year and this year.
01:26I think, you know, I think that's, I think if I'm CJ Stroud, I find it very difficult
01:31to, to feel like, feel really good about where I'm at in Houston at this point in time.
01:39Yeah.
01:40I also will say it's, it's fake.
01:45I, I, I personally, if you're gunned to my head hard or scrotum, places I don't want to get shot.
01:52I personally think there's probably been some trust loss for CJ Stroud.
01:57I'm just talking about his camp, whatever, but there's probably some trust loss there from him
02:03to maybe the coaching staff to the front office.
02:07I don't think he would say that, but, but you could see how that is happening.
02:12And I'm not even guarantee it.
02:13I'm just, I'm just saying I could see that being the case and I don't know that this is it,
02:22right?
02:23Two years ago, he said they traded away one of his best friends in Laramie Tunzel.
02:26And then another person that he is been here with the entire way, Titus Howard, who we heard him
02:33plenty of times talk about last year, saying Titus was playing at a pro bowl level at times
02:38that he talked about him and then they ship him out.
02:42And they get cheaper on the offensive line with, with some of these moves.
02:47And we still haven't seen maybe a big playmaker move there around the offense outside of the line.
02:55And with the exception of David Montgomery, I'm sure he's good with that.
02:58So I would say, I would say fake because I, I don't know if anything we're seeing,
03:04we've seen any moves where it's like, where CJ's like, Ooh, you know, hell, you know, hell yeah.
03:10And I, I mean, it's just not there.
03:11Yeah.
03:12Look, you can look at over time and, and understand why CJ may feel a little slighted.
03:17And then you can look at right now.
03:19I mean, CJ is in a, forget about winning.
03:21I mean, CJ, CJ is in a, in a, you know, a spot right now where, where he needs to,
03:28to be what CJ thinks he can be.
03:30The guy that can stretch the field, the guy that can throw the ball, you know,
03:33that's a ball placement specialist at the second level.
03:35Like, I don't know that CJ Stroud is real comfortable saying, I'm going to,
03:39I'm going to stake my, my future, my 50 to $60 million a year future on being
03:46conservative and running the football and, and getting in the right play and,
03:50and, you know, getting completions and staying ahead of the chains like that.
03:54That's I don't think that's natural to CJ Stroud.
03:57And I think, I think, I think he's always struggled with it,
04:00but I think he's definitely going to, in this situation, given how big this year is,
04:05he's going to have a hard time committing to what they want to do.
04:07And, and that, that goes right in line with, is he,
04:10does he feel good about what they're doing in general?
04:12Yep.
04:13All right.
04:13Real or fake.
04:14I want to take it to Tyler Milner.
04:16Um, if you are not aware of what happened last night in the WBC,
04:20which I'm sure Tyler didn't even think to watch, um, Cal Raleigh,
04:26who is, uh, the catcher for the United States and also a catcher for the Seattle Mariners
04:31and Randy Aruzarena, who is a, uh, who was an outfielder for Mexico,
04:36but also an outfielder for the same team, the Seattle Mariners.
04:40He came up to the plate, went to shake, um, Cal Raleigh's hand,
04:45his teammate for the Mariners that he's spends all season with.
04:48And Cal Raleigh just, uh, acted like a complete hard ass and said,
04:54no, not shaking your hand.
04:56Not doing it.
04:57And left Randy just sitting there with that hand out and, uh,
05:00and pulled his hand back.
05:01By the way, Randy, uh, his thoughts on that, that fake ass.
05:04Good to see you.
05:05He hit me with, he can shove that straight up his ass.
05:08I'm out.
05:09That was, uh, Randy's response to that real or fake Tyler.
05:13It's lame that Cal Raleigh refused to shake hands with his Mariners teammate,
05:17Randy Aruzarena when they played yesterday.
05:20Yeah, definitely didn't watch the stupid ass WBC, but I heard about this and a note
05:24for you just second ago.
05:26Raleigh spoke on this.
05:27He said, man, you know, we get back to Seattle.
05:29That's my brother.
05:31It's all love.
05:33I'm going to say, uh, how'd you frame the real or fake?
05:40Is it real or is it lame?
05:41Is it lame that Cal Raleigh?
05:42Yes, that's real.
05:43Lame as hell.
05:44You're going to play 162 of these games that actually matter, you know,
05:48versus what we're seeing now with the WBC and games that don't matter at all.
05:52You're going to play 162 games with this guy.
05:54You're going to be on the road with him for 81 of those.
05:57That's real.
05:58That was a whack move by, uh, the big dumper.
06:01I think it's fake.
06:04If you, whenever you and I get on the golf course together, I don't want to shake your
06:08hand.
06:09Oh, well, that's definitely.
06:10I got to do 300 plus.
06:13I got to do 300 plus shows with you.
06:15You're going to shake his hand on the first team.
06:16Absolutely not.
06:17Yes, you are.
06:18In fact, if he tries it, I'm going to Cal Raleigh his ass right there.
06:20I wouldn't try.
06:21Don't worry.
06:21I'm not going to lose my, my competitive edge.
06:24That's lame as hell.
06:25That's real.
06:25Now, don't you sit it.
06:26Now, man, shake my damn hand.
06:27Don't you sit me down here on national TV, looking like an ass with my hand out.
06:32It ain't that damn deep.
06:33Get out of here.
06:34Especially at the WBC.
06:35Hey, man, we ain't in Iraq, man.
06:36We in Houston.
06:37We're in Dyken Park here.
06:38Hey, we got problems in Mexico too now.
06:40Hey, wherever we sit here, we're in Dyken Park.
06:43Like talking about, that's my brother.
06:45I don't believe that Randy is thinking that.
06:47My goal is to kick your ass right here, right now, today.
06:50We'll have a beer afterwards, but we, I don't want no, I don't want no videos.
06:53I don't want no videos played before the game.
06:55I don't want to shake hands.
06:56I don't want to take shots, Tyler.
06:58Don't even try.
06:58Hey, he could have tapped the catcher's mitt on his hand and kept it moving.
07:01The hell out of here.
07:02Kyle, it ain't that damn deep.
07:05I ain't got nothing for you.
07:07I almost cussed.
07:07I ain't got nothing for you.
07:09Go back to Seattle.
07:11I don't know who the manager over there is.
07:12It's Scott Service, Dan Wilson.
07:14I think Scott Service got fired.
07:15I don't think he's there anymore.
07:18He kept pitching to Yordan, so I'm sure he didn't make it over there.
