15:14Because the cervix isn't open, I can't feel right into where the calf is,
15:18I can't feel into the uterus.
15:19So, what I'm doing is going rectally and then I can feel the uterus below me
15:24and so I'm feeling if anything feels abnormal.
15:27So, there should be quite a bit of fluid around the calf, which there is.
15:31There's definitely a head there.
15:33It doesn't feel massive, so maybe there's two.

18:25Sometimes see them in calves and sometimes in alpacas.
18:28I don't think I've ever seen them in a sheep before.
18:32Basically, there's nothing that we can really do about it.

18:35But sheep are good at bidding a flock because they get security from the rest of the flock.
18:41So you'll find that she'll probably always want to be near other sheep when she gets older.

23:44So, this part of the leg is the same as our wrists,
23:48so it could have been a bang from another sheep because it's on the outside,

35:05Jess recently called Shona when she mistakenly thought her rare breed heifer Tilly was in labour.
35:11I was very concerned.
35:13The white parks are, they're actually rarer than pandas and her line has a reputation for twins.
35:19So I thought because of the twins they may be tangled up together or the calf might be dead.
35:26But thankfully, one healthy little girl has been born.
35:32Very pleased that she came out quickly, that she was a heifer and actually pleased that she was a single
35:38calf.
35:39So I'm pleased that we can continue that genetic line.
35:43But Jess still has some concerns, so she's asked Shona to come back.
35:49What I'd wanted Shona to do is, because she thought that she'd felt this sort of second head or some
35:56lump behind the calf,
35:57just to make sure that there isn't a dead calf inside her and to make sure that she's returning to

39:43It's just a whole day of non-stop riding.
39:47But riding in tandem, he does have some support.
