00:00Trevnith, I would like to ask for a statement on gendered guidance currently operating in Welsh schools and whether this
00:06government intends to reverse it.
00:08There has been upfall recently, as you know, of new guidance being released in England, allowing children as young as
00:14four to socially transition, changing names and pronouns in the classroom.
00:18But in Wales, this is nothing new, is it? Schools have long been encouraged to push gender ideology on small
00:23children.
00:24Welsh Labour, cheered on by Plaid, have even entertained the idea and utter madness of children self-identifying as cats,
00:31treating it as completely normal.
00:33Biological reality shredded, parental rights trampled, kids' minds indoctrinated, all under the guise of inclusion.
00:41Children as young as four should not be confused about basic biology.
00:45In reform, we are crystal clear, the law and facts trump ideology.
00:50And we will defend girls' rights and we will back parents.
00:54Trevnith, this Labour government, when will this Labour government, sorry, finally issue clear guidance that protects girls in schools and
01:02properly puts an end to pushing dangerous ideology on innocent children that will only get worse under extremist blight government?
01:09Well, I think one of the things that I always turn to the Cabinet Secretary for Education and thank her
01:20for the fact that she has said very clearly in terms of our curriculum,
01:25I'm very proud of our new curriculum, which is now being rolled out across Wales, that it is really important
01:31that schools are inclusive,
01:34inclusive of, and that in terms of the curriculum, that we, one of our main purposes is for children to
01:41grow up as ethically informed citizens,
01:44and that our pioneering relationships and that our pioneering relationships and sexuality education, that part of a mainstream strand of
01:57the curriculum is now being implemented in schools.
