00:00In the state of La Guayra, Venezuelans expressed their willingness to participate in the public consultation
00:05and invited the population to be part of the democratic process.
00:11I am a coordinator for the third T, which is the transformation for security, justice and peace.
00:16We went home to home and also traveled throughout the territory doing Samba with happiness and joy,
00:21inviting the entire community, especially women.
00:24Because today is International Women's Day Happy Day to all those brave women of the homeland,
00:28those who give birth, the matriarchs.
00:30We invite all women to take to the streets in mass, just like our youth,
00:35that beloved community youth that is every day in the streets.
00:39Women are leading the way in this community by voting in large numbers,
00:45participating massively and encouraging our population to participate.
00:51Because beyond the projects, this is to defend our country and defend Venezuelan women
00:57and Venezuelan men.
00:59It is the participation of the people's power to demonstrate self-government through exercising our right to vote.
01:09We are here postulating rights and projects marked by the guidance of the acting president, Delsi Rodriguez.
01:19From very early on, deepening our model of participatory and protagonistic democracy, this is a historic day for us.
01:29The first consultation of the year marked National Women's Day.
01:33And what better way to dedicate this consultation than to our president, Nicolas Maduro,
01:39who has been kidnapped by the North American Empire.
01:43And that we, from here, this is the greatest example that Venezuela is at peace, once peace,
01:51and is committed to its model of direct, participatory and protagonistic democracy.
