00:21called to vote in Sunday's elections. Polling stations open at 6 a.m. for the 33rd election

00:26in the last 26 years. Venezuelans participate in two different elections, one to choose 335

00:31mayors and over 2,400 local councilors, the other Venezuelan youth decide for the first

00:37time in a direct consultation of more than 5,000 projects for their communities. Both

00:42electoral processes develop peacefully with a high turnout.
