00:08The activation was headed by Venezuelan Vice President Delsi Rodríguez in the Catia Parish
00:14of Caracas, where she highlighted the organization of the Venezuelan people to strengthen and
00:19promote the wealth for acute living in the face of extremist sectors that seek to destabilize
00:25the nation.
00:26On the other hand, the Vice President for Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, participated
00:30in the creation of the halls in the community of Artigas in the Venezuelan capital.
00:35Both government officials detailed that this type of governance will warranty the implementation
00:40of the seven transformations carried out by the national executive throughout the territory.
00:48We have activated the communal halls in the communal circuits and are now activating the
00:52six work teams.
00:53This is how we must govern in the territory.
00:56Listening to the problems, not being afraid of the problems, the problems are there to
