00:2914 mile, this is between Farmington Road and Drake Road, it's closed obviously, the road is closed at this time.
00:37Updates, I just talked with a guy, woke up 7.30, no water in his house over at the West
00:42Bloomfield Estates, but this is the scene, the water just flow and he described it as a river and believe
00:48me, it looks like a river.
