00:05This is the Sunoco gas station at Joy and Greenfield,
00:09where Detroit police say this morning there was a carjacking here.
00:12A man, the victim, went inside the store, came back to find the suspect in his vehicle.
00:18Those two had a struggle.
00:19It ended up with the man, the victim, being run over by the suspect in his own car.
00:25That suspect took off in that vehicle and was later apprehended.
00:28He is in custody, but, of course, you can see a heavy police presence this hour.
00:32Once again, this is the Sunoco, Joy, and Greenfield on the city's west side,
00:36where one man is dead in a carjacking.
