00:37First of all, tell us about your role and your expectations for this project.
00:42Well, when we set out to do a project in Dubai, we know how great the real estate is here.
00:48There's a tremendous focus on luxury.
00:51And like we do with all of our projects, we sought to raise the bar.
00:55Raise the bar on what's been built here in the past and really go the extra mile in terms of
01:00delivering something more luxurious
01:02and that really embodies the lifestyle that we think our customer wants.
01:07So we have the golf component, which is the finest championship course in the region,
01:13but also one of the great courses of the world that's being designed by Gilhans.
01:17We have the villas, 104 of them, six different types,
01:21that we spent painstaking amounts of time to ensure that the layouts are perfect yet functional.
01:27You know, a lot of people, they design something on plan and they forget how it works in real life.
01:32So it's very important to us that the living spaces are grand, the views are sweeping.
01:37It's very modern and very contemporary aesthetic, which we think will be appreciated by our customer
01:43and also allow the natural elements, the air and light from the golf course to come into the homes and
01:48truly brighten them.
01:50The stones we're using, the natural herringbone, wood flooring.
01:55I mean, everything was thought about and conceptualized in such great detail.
