00:00What's the biggest issues for the Phillies right now going towards opening day?
00:05Well, I think the biggest question easily is what's this rotation going to be?
00:12It's the foundation of all the winning that they've done.
00:16And, you know, this whole run, these five seasons,
00:20I don't think there have ever been more questions about that rotation in all this time.
00:27Christopher Sanchez, Hazel, Srizardo, they look great.
00:30But when does Zach Wheeler come back?
00:32Are we sure he'll be the same when he does?
00:35I've talked to Zach.
00:37He is so confident that he's going to be himself.
00:40If there's a wide range of outcome with that surgery that he had,
00:45what's Andrew Painter going to be?
00:47We'll find out.
00:49Aaron Nola looks tremendous, but he certainly wasn't that guy last year.
00:53And then once you start getting beyond those names, I know Tyjuan Walker's here,
01:00but I can tell you they are actively looking for rotation depth.
01:04I think there were some free agents they pursued, guys who signed elsewhere,
01:10thinking that the opportunity was better to pitch a lot,
01:13maybe with teams that weren't so good that they can opt out in like a week and a half.
01:19I think the Phillies would be jumping on a couple of pitchers like that.
01:23So, like, what's the range of possibilities for this rotation?
01:28I know they think the Phillies are having upside day here in the show,
01:33that their upside is close to the 2011 Phillies,
01:38because they could potentially have five aces.
01:40But the downside is very different, very different.
01:44And that's, I think the whole season hinges on that.
