00:24exercising in pregnancy. But your heart rate should not get above 140. This is
00:31also a myth according to Mundell who told HuffPost, that recommendation has been
00:36unproven for decades now actually. Bottom line, exercise is generally good for
00:42women during pregnancy. The Mayo Clinic recommends that women continue to move
00:47unless they have issues and then should talk to their doctor.
