00:12Houses. The work will create 20 additional SEND places, doubling the current number to
00:1740 by September 2028. It includes extending the existing resource base, replacing the
00:24food technology room and performing arts facilities, and adding a new food technology room, drama
00:30studio and refurbished changing rooms. The council says demand for specialist places
00:35is rising faster than supply, with hundreds of children placed outside Wolverhampton or
00:41in costly independent provision.
