00:14times. The funding will be used to establish a new school of government aimed at training
00:19students to become future leaders. The university says the project will begin operating this
00:25autumn using temporary facilities. Mr Rocos says that he wants to give something back
00:30to the UK. Vice-Chancellor Deborah Prentice welcomed the move. Some analysts have noted
00:36some wider concerns that major philanthropic donations given to leading UK universities
00:41have declined in recent years.
