Not a good day for the ladies in maroon.

This as the West Indies surrendered the three-match T20 series to Sri Lanka in Grenada, losing by a 2-0 margin.

After being put into bat in the third and final match, the Windies were restricted to 119 for 5, with Chinelle Henry scoring 32 not out.

In reply, Sri Lanka reached 121 for 1 in the 18th over, with Hasini Perera unbeaten on 32.

00:10Skipper Haley Matthews was caught and bowled by Sugandika Kumari for 8.
00:15Then Inoka Ranaweera joined the wicket-taking party and it was 22 for 2.
00:23Make that 28 for 3 as Kumari picked up her second wicket,
00:26that of debutant Ebony Brathwaite cheaply.
00:32But Deandra Doughton joined Stefani Taylor and the two rebuilt the innings.
00:39Their partnership was worth 48 runs for the fourth wicket.
00:49Doughton was out for 28, giving Ranaweera two scalps in the match.
00:57Then Taylor departed for a sedate 24 which contained one boundary.
01:03A lot then depended on Chanel Henry to give the home team something to work with.
01:12Henry topscored with a belligerent 32 knot out of 15 balls as West Indies closed on a modest 119 for

01:22When Sri Lanka responded, Captain Chamari Atapattu laid the foundation for her team.
01:29Atapattu and her opening partner Hasini Pereira had a partnership with 49 in 7 overs.
01:37Atapattu was gone for 32 with Chanel Henry taking a sublime catch, wicket for Afi Fletcher.
01:47But Hasini Pereira would then start displaying some aggression for the visitors.
