00:27There should be, not necessarily an upper age limit, but they should retake the test or something along the lines

00:41As long as their well-being is good and that, they should be alright, but if it's not great they
00:47shouldn't be driving.
00:49There has to be a way that you check that they're still capable of driving safely, if not just for
00:55their safety, for the safety of others.
00:56When you get past 70, you should think twice about driving a car.
