00:33With 21 affirmative votes, no negative votes, no abstentions, Senate Bill 1823 is approved on third reading.
00:40It's one step forward to achieving peace in the Bangsa Moro region.
00:46Senator Joel Villanueva expressed support to the measure, clarifying that his vote was not merely about moving the election date.
00:54The proposal aims to ensure that the elections proceed after being deferred five times since 2022.
