00:22With less than two months before the first parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao or BARM, the Comelec's preparations are in full sway.
00:34As a matter of fact, the Paul body has started printing ballots through the National Printing Office that will be used for the final testing and sealing.
00:42These are 34,650 ballots with actual names of the candidates and political parties.
00:49And after these, the official ballots will be printed.
00:53Wala na pong makakapigil sa amin sa pag-iimprenta ng balota.
00:58Yan po ay sisimula namin sa tinatawag na final testing and sealing ballots.

02:59that the Bangsamoro Transition Authority has already passed on third and final reading

03:07for the parliamentary district representatives supposed to be for Sulu.
03:11However, this has yet to be passed as a law and be published.
03:16Thus, Comenic doesn't have enough time to wait for the said law.
03:20The elections shall push through even with only 73 seats to be voted for.
