Elite college football athlete Chauncey Logan introduces himself and discusses the various injuries he's had playing the sport.

Foot injuries like plantar fascia inflammation can significantly impact speed, explosiveness, and recovery time. Instead of relying solely on rest, anti-inflammatories, or repeated steroid injections, more athletes are exploring biologic treatments such as stem cell therapy and PRP to support tissue repair and long-term recovery.

Chauncey has also had hamstring injuries, which sometimes inhibit his speed and reaction time. At R3 Stem Cell Nashville, Chauncey received stem cell and exosome procedures into his hamstrings, plantar fascia and an overall IV stem cell and exosome infusion for enhanced recovery.

Regenerative therapy is not a performance-enhancing substance. It is designed to work with the body’s natural healing response to support injured or overused tissue.

As awareness grows, more current and retired athletes are turning to regenerative medicine to help manage chronic injuries without invasive surgery.

00:01So Chauncey thanks for being with us today. Of course, thank you for having me.
00:05Can you introduce yourself, tell us a little bit about you? I'm Chauncey Logan,
00:11born on Rhode Island. Grew up in Mississippi a little bit, ended up in
00:14Virginia. Started my college career at James Madison, transferred to Memphis last season.
00:19So when it comes to playing football, it's obviously one of the most physical
00:22sports known to mankind. What kind of injuries have you sustained over your
00:26career? Most of my injuries have been lower soft tissue. My freshman year it was
00:31hamstring. Well really freshman through junior year it was hamstring. So I want
00:36you to stand up and talk to me about where that's hurt, honey. Start right in here and
00:39just kind of go right through there. How about this side? Same with that spot. We're
00:45gonna do some direct injections into it because he's having some burning pain in
00:50this area which is not uncommon for pro athletes. So we're gonna do some PRP and
00:58some exosomes to try to help calm that burning down in his hamstrings. Don't feel
01:06a little sick, okay? Just relax, don't tense up.
01:15Hang on, you're doing great. That's it. That side's done. It's okay. How are you doing,
01:21Chancey? I'm good. You okay? Yes, I'm good. Okay, let me just get that cleaned up and put a couple
01:27band-aids on it and you'll be finished, sir. He's so soft-spoken. Can you get loud if you have
01:40to? The only time I really yell is schoolboy. Oh yeah, okay. Bye.
01:45Bye.
