00:00Four metal albums that I love. Only four?
00:04Four metal albums. Wow.
00:06See, killing me. Only four? Okay.
00:08Metallica, Master of Puppets, Slayer, South of Heaven,
00:12Pantera, Vulgar, Display of Power, and At the Gate, Slaughter of the Soul.
00:16This one's a new one. It's Cabal, Everything Rots.
00:21That's really good. I think it's Cabal. I don't think it's Cable.
00:23I'll go Cabal because it sounds more metal.
00:25Kect at Racks, Pale Swordsman. I keep picking the bands that are hard to say.
00:32Saturday Night Wrist by Deftones. Loads of people say that White Pony or Around the Fur are the best.
00:39Saturday Night Wrist is. Incendiary's Thousand Miles Stare.
00:42I came out in 2017 and I still listen to it most weeks. It's one of the best hardcore records
00:49ever.
00:49Number one is my favorite metal record of all time. It's Epitaph by the band Necrophagist.
00:54It's the best death metal record that's ever existed and you cannot prove it wrong, unfortunately.
00:59Number two would be Black Dahlia, Nocturnal. I think that is the biggest influence for me
01:05and I think the band for just kind of how we sound and what we do is a huge influence
01:09for me.
01:10A third one is Between the Very Me Colors. I think that was the first time I heard
01:15an album feel like an album. You had to listen to it from front to back. And then lastly,
01:19I'm going to get s*** for this, but I don't really care. No one probably knows it, but
01:24Vale Amaya, Calm Man's Collapse. It's an unsung hero. One of my most favorite records.
01:28Alice Cooper's Love It to Death, Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell, Cinderella's Night Songs,
01:35and Slave to the Grind by Skid Row. Black album. I don't care what anybody says. The very first snot
01:43record. And I mean, when I talk about legendary, you could not get any more legendary than that first
01:51snot record. The Deftones very first album, which is an album called Adrenaline. I have to wrap it up
01:56with the debut record from the band Korn, without a doubt. So those are my four.
02:02We're going to break the rules a little bit, and I'm going to pick two. The Lamb of God's
02:05Sacrament record and Gojira's The Way of All Flesh record. Number three,
02:10Iowa by Slipknot. One of the best records ever made. Issues by Korn. And last but not least,
02:16my favorite record of all time has to go to Metallica's Master of Puppets. And there you have it.
02:21Holy Diver is one of the greatest metal albums of all time. Burn My Eyes by Machine Head. One of
02:28the,
02:29ah, just one of the heaviest, meanest, and still to this day, like just fresh sounding records. You
02:35know what I mean? That album came out in what, like 1994? And it sounds like it could have dropped
02:39yesterday. Chaos AD by Sepultura. I mean, that record is like, it's so good for many reasons.
02:46And I think that the main reason for me is like it kind of, it takes where they came from
02:51with all the
02:51thrashy elements. And then it kind of injected this whole new groove side of things. Oh, okay.
02:57I got it. I got a shout out. Self-titled Slipknot album. I mean, where would I be without the
03:01self-titled Slipknot album? That is in my veins. Just no doubt about it. Obsessed with that band.
03:08As soon as I saw like an older kid wearing like a Slipknot hoodie when I was younger, I was
03:11like,
03:12what is this? I must know immediately. Starting at number one, A Sense of Purpose. Honestly,
03:17best album ever. There is not one song on that album by Inflames that is better than anything
03:23else. This Place Will Be Your Tomb. Another one by Sleep Token. Everyone usually listens to the new
03:28stuff. I don't blame them, but I used to love that album more than anything. It has a special place
03:33in
03:33my heart. Appeal to Reason by Rise Against. It's got a vibe. I know almost every single lyric on the
03:40album. They're great. I call it the Bug album by Sayosin. Big Sayosin. White album. Massive
03:47Bug on the front of it. Another one where every single song is an absolute heater. Metallica's
03:52Black album. Burn My Eyes by Machine Head. Roots by Sepultura. They were the first proper metal
03:56band that I ever saw as well when I was like 16. It's getting harder now. $3 Bill by Limp
04:01Bizkit.
04:02There's many more, but those four were a huge influence on me and four of my favorite albums of all
04:06time.
