00:01This program documents actual homicide investigations.
00:04Criminal charges are often dropped or reduced,
00:07and all suspects shown are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
00:14She's like, I'm afraid of your gun, and then he shoots her.
00:19When emotions run high, anything can happen.
00:22If someone's got a short fuse, even a smallish spark can set off a firestorm.
00:28Knives, dashes, beat up, smothered.
00:32On the first 48 critical minutes,
00:34and he came back about 45 seconds later,
00:37a shooting turns a night out into a nightmare.
00:40Anytime you shoot, somebody like that, you just got no regard for nobody.
00:45A grizzly scene leaves detectives stunned.
00:48Did he slit his throat?
00:49Just to look at the cat potato.
00:51Yeah.
00:52And a late night stop with friends turns deadly.
00:56What is going on?
00:58Looks like they're arguing with each other now.
00:59I don't know.
01:02We'll be right there.
01:03We'll be right there.
01:12Huh?
01:30What's the emergency?
01:32We have a gunshot outside our store.
01:34I'm not sure exactly what's going on.
01:38Police and EMS rush to the scene.
01:41And find a young woman shot in the parking lot, dead.
01:58Ashley Tobey.
02:0232-year-old Ashley Tobey, a single mom, loved to sing.
02:07And was studying to become a dental hygienist.
02:11She leaves behind her mother and an 11-year-old son.
02:18Looks like a chest.
02:20Shotgun blast to the chest.
02:23You can kind of see pellets where it went through her jacket.
02:26That's brutal.
02:28You got a hole or...?
02:30There's a right here under this cone.
02:31Near Ashley's body, the team finds a spent shotgun shell.
02:39Got a purse.
02:43What is that?
02:45There was another lady in the car.
02:48The lady's downtown?
02:49Yeah.
02:51Oh.
02:52So we have a witness.
02:54Let's check and see if they got video here.
03:00You got two copies?
03:01Yeah.
03:02Yeah, we'll take it.
03:03Appreciate it.
03:14Let's take a look at this video.
03:17Call came in at 4 a.m.
03:19Let's go 10 minutes before that.
03:26Dark-colored sedan.
03:29Looks like a Mitsubishi Gant.
03:37Victims in a white car, right?
03:40Yeah.
03:45Someone's getting out of the victim's car
03:48and getting into the black car.
03:50Looks like they planned to meet there.
03:53Yeah.
03:56Both cars are leaving.
04:03That's our victim.
04:08What is going on?
04:09It looks like they're arguing with each other now.
04:20Unbelievable.
04:21You just don't kill somebody like that.
04:29Rewind that back and see if we can't see the shooter better.
04:46When someone is that heated, they're not acting rationally.
04:50I've had cases where people have done things in front of hundreds of people.
04:53You know, I don't care who sees me.
04:56I haven't even had cases where they've even announced.
04:58I don't even care if I get caught.
04:59I don't even care about going to jail.
05:01So it shows you the level of violence.
05:04It shows you the level of rage.
05:06It shows you that they're not able to process things the way a normal, rational person does.
05:19Victim or this girl had to know him.
05:20They planned to meet him there.
05:22Let's talk to this girl.
05:38She says she was hanging out with Ashley and another girl named Kayla.
05:43Kayla was like, we're going to go meet up with someone and we're going to get them out.
05:49At that point, we and Ashley look at each other and we're like, I have a really, really bad feeling
05:54about this.
05:56Kayla was like, we need to leave now.
05:59We were almost going to be picking up the stock.
06:02She says Kayla insisted they make a pit stop at the convenience store.
06:07What happened?
06:09We pulled in.
06:11Kayla was, she was like, a dozen of my people were up there.
06:14It was a four-door black car.
06:17Kayla said, I'm walking over to that car.
06:19And I asked her, they're leaving my phone.
06:21Because Kayla had my phone all this evening.
06:24She was like, I can't believe you don't trust me like that.
06:27She says Kayla took her phone and got into the black car.
06:31The black car starts to pull away.
06:34Ashley was like, oh, hell no, they ain't still under your phone.
06:38And she goes and she pulls up right in front of him, like kind of blocking him.
06:43And she jumps out of the car.
06:46And she's like, give me that phone.
06:49And he had some type of shotgun drawn.
06:53She was like, I'm afraid of your gun.
06:55And, you know, I, and then he shoots her.
07:04Eyes and feathers out of her coat.
07:09And she goes, I got hit.
07:12And I said, I'm weird.
07:13She said, my chest.
07:18That was a killer baby.
07:20So I was glad you'd thank him.
07:25You did what you could.
07:32Now, let's go back to him.
07:36Have you ever seen this guy before?
07:43But Kayla's the person who got this individual there.
07:46Oh, for sure.
07:48Where does she lay her head?
07:59She says she's been using another phone to locate the phone that Kayla took.
08:09Witness says she has a find a phone app.
08:11She's pinging her right now to get a location.
08:14Find the phone.
08:14Find Kayla.
08:16Since Kayla got in the car with the shooter, if we find her, we'll find him.
08:19Her phone's pinging.
08:22The app located the phone at an apartment complex in Midtown Tulsa.
08:27So the cell phone app did give us a location for the stolen phone.
08:32We've got patrol officers over there looking for the galant and anyone matching our suspect description.
08:44Then.
08:45Homicide Walker.
08:47Black galant, yours?
08:50Oh, really?
08:52Were you the driver of the black car?
08:57Yeah.
08:59All right, bud.
09:01She's coming down.
09:16All this thing got started.
09:18Just this morning.
09:19I had gotten the message.
09:21She says her friend wanted a ride to the convenience store to meet Kayla.
09:26What was he wearing when you picked him up?
09:28Like a black, a long-sleeved shirt.
09:30Any logo on the shirt?
09:31Remember, like, white in the middle.
09:34And who was your friend's name?
09:35Ty Rettelage.
09:37Ty Rettelage.
09:39So you picked him up?
09:41We parked.
09:42She says they waited at the convenience store for Kayla to arrive.
09:46The white car pulls up.
09:48The white car pulls up.
09:48Kayla got out of the car, got into my car.
09:51And then as I was going to pull out, the white car pulled out right in front of me.
09:55So I was just like, man, what is this?
10:27And that's when Ty had gotten out of the car.
10:29As soon as we got back to the apartment, like, it was all over the news that the girl was
10:34deceased.
10:34So once you learned that she was dead, what happened after that?
10:38They left, I think, by that point.
10:39Ty and Kayla.
10:40Mm-hmm.
10:41Because they left together?
10:43Yeah.
10:45Do you know where they would have gone?
10:55No.
11:00Ty Rettelage.
11:06He's got a pretty lengthy criminal history.
11:09It's three pages.
11:1223-year-old Ty Rettelage has multiple prior convictions, including drug possession, burglary,
11:19and assault with a deadly weapon.
11:22We definitely need to find Ty.
11:26Patrol radios in from the apartment complex that they have been searching.
11:37Who do you have?
11:38Do you know?
11:43She'll need to come down here.
11:57A few officers stopped.
11:58They're looking for guns.
12:07Don't like snowy.
12:09How many have you been out of prison?
12:12Since June 1st of last year.
12:15And what were you there for?
12:17Seven counts of secondary burglary.
12:20One dope, one coke.
12:22An A&B with the dangerous.
12:26You understand what's going on?
12:29No.
12:32We are currently under arrest.
12:34The murder of Ashley Covey.
12:39If you wish to make a statement regarding the homicide.
12:44I don't even know who the f*** that is.
12:49I would like a lawyer to be present.
12:55Just hang out here for a second.
12:57Okay.
13:03Gun's found.
13:07Right where they found him.
13:08All right.
13:09Here we got a shotgun.
13:13You have to do get the punisher, sir.
13:19So we don't have any outstanding evidence.
13:21I think we got what we needed.
13:24There really wasn't any extenuating circumstances of why she needed to be killed.
13:30I'm sure once Ty realizes the gravity of the situation, it'll be devastating.
13:38This way.
13:39Okay.
13:54Three months later, the case takes an unexpected turn.
13:58We were notified Ty Rutledge killed himself in a Tulsa County jail, which I'm not sure is
14:06the best result for a murder case without a trial.
14:10I can see the victim's family would be a little bit upset.
14:16Very often, families feel some sort of relief knowing that the killer of their loved one is now in prison
14:23forever.
14:23So I don't know how the family's going to handle that.
14:31Dallas, Texas, 11.30 a.m.
14:35A woman concerned about her friend goes to check in on him.
14:42Inside, she meets a shocking discovery.
14:46Police and paramedics rush to the apartment and find her friend face down in a pool of blood.
14:55What's up, guys?
14:57Where is this?
14:58Right here?
14:59Yeah.
15:13No pants?
15:14No pants, shirt.
15:22That bass?
15:23Looks like he's been beaten to death with heavy bass.
15:35The victim is 52-year-old William Dale Martin, known as Dale to his friends and family.
15:43He was on disability and lived by himself.
15:47He leaves behind his mother, two sisters, and two brothers.
15:55When do you take this cushion, Tom?
15:56They remove a bloody pillow covering Dale's head.
16:06Did he sluice, bro?
16:08I don't think he sluice as well.
16:09Looks like he's...
16:12Looks like he's...
16:13Just about decapitated.
16:15Looks like he's...
16:16Looks like he's...
16:19But it's not a clean cut.
16:22I'd say for one of these sharks, you know, just diving down with him.
16:27This guy probably cut himself, so some of his blood's going to be for my suspect.
16:38This blood is not fresh.
16:40I mean, this is a couple of days.
16:43Dale may have been dead for as long as two days.
16:48Some scenes are so brutal.
16:50Some scenes, the level of violence exceeds other things that you've already seen.
16:54People think that homicide investigators go into homicide scenes looking at the gore associated
16:59with a homicide, but it's not.
17:01We look at the science associated with it.
17:04Dead is not a random killer.
17:06They had some type of relationship with each other.
17:08It's up close and personal, so you just got to find out who's up close and personal with
17:13with the victim.
17:21CSU processes the scene for any fingerprints and DNA left behind by the killer.
17:31He had a pillow resting on the back of his head.
17:34A lot of times it indicates, you know, someone that cares to cover them up so that you don't
17:40have to see them.
17:41It seems to me more of a crime of passion.
17:47Two hours in, Lopez meets with Dale's mother.
17:52I'm sorry for your loss.
17:55I'm going to be in charge of this case.
17:59And basically, I need to know everything about his friends.
18:02He had somebody over to break.
18:05She says a few weeks ago, Dale suspected a friend of stealing his wallet.
18:11Dale got up to go to the fair.
18:13His billboard was gone.
18:16I cannot think of that kind of name.
18:22Now, I have to ask you some personal questions.
18:25Is he gay?
18:26He was gay.
18:27Okay.
18:29Let me give you my card, okay?
18:31I'll be in touch with you.
18:32I'll be in touch with you.
19:02Just a little too hot.
19:08Norval has no cuts or bruises on his hands.
19:20Norval has no cuts or bruises on his hands.
19:34Well, thank you very much.
19:36Looking for a guy named Alan, homeless guy maybe.
19:39Lopez speaks with a patrol officer that works the area.
19:43She says she is familiar with Alan.
19:47Alan McEwen.
20:04Lopez asks patrol to search the victim's neighborhood.
20:08All right, thanks.
20:09Bye.
20:12I think the guy that did it knew him, I mean, just because of the way he was dressed.
20:19He was under wearing a T-shirt.
20:22That's some rage, though, to almost cut his head off like that.
20:25Some serious rage.
20:33Abrea is over homicide.
20:35Then.
20:35Okay.
20:38Hey.
20:39Alan was found just one block from the crime scene.
20:44Yeah, this is Lopez.
20:47Look at his hands and see if his hands, the palms of his hands, fingers, anything like that
20:51are cut.
20:54Is he willing to come down and talk to us?
20:59Awesome.
21:00Bring him down.
21:01Thanks.
21:12There you go.
21:13Do you have him?
21:13Yes, sir.
21:15I'm Detective Lopez.
21:20Who are you laying here tonight?
21:21Right there across from CVS.
21:23I got a little area where I stay at.
21:25What about the cold weather stuff?
21:27That's why me and Dale got real close, you know?
21:29Oh.
21:30When he gets real cold, you know, sometimes he would let me stay there.
21:34He was real touchy.
21:35I just told my girl that you don't need to do something about this dude.
21:38Because if I do it, he's going to buy me in jail.
21:41You know?
21:43I'm Irish.
21:43I got a temper.
21:49There was a lot of hate in this killer.
21:56You see what I'm saying?
22:00You all right?
22:04I can already picture probably what happened.
22:07What do you think happened?
22:10Knives.
22:11Gases.
22:13Beat up.
22:15Smothered.
22:20This guy.
22:21I mean, he wasn't beyond.
22:23Beyond what it takes to kill somebody.
22:27Don't want the troops, okay?
22:30No, that's not me.
22:34It's because I was over at my friend's place the whole night.
22:37Alan claims he's dead.
22:38He stayed with his friend, Jeffrey, last night.
22:40Where were you at Sunday?
22:41Right over there in my area, where I'm over there.
22:46I want to ask you for permission to take some of your DNA.
22:53Yeah.
22:59He's confident enough to give us the nail scrapings and the buccal swab and all that.
23:05With no evidence linking Alan to the murder, Lopez releases him.
23:11I feel like all the leads we had just melted away.
23:15Physical evidence is going to have to make this case.
23:19In the heat of the moment, you're acting in haste.
23:22You're acting irrationally.
23:23You're in a rage.
23:24And what's clear is that you're not thinking clearly.
23:27So whether you think that you're going to clean up a crime scene or you're going to do something to
23:31throw law enforcement off,
23:32more than likely you're going to make a mistake.
23:34From an investigator's standpoint, you just got to find out what the mistake is that that person made.
23:42Lopez and Detective Esteban Montenegro return to Dale's friend, Norval.
23:59Lopez asks Norval if he knows anyone else that hung out with Dale.
24:04You know what I did this morning?
24:06Norval tells them to talk with his cousin, Kino, who was also friends with Dale.
24:11So tell me about Kino.
24:14He's my cousin and I don't know him no more.
24:17According to Norval, Kino developed a serious drug habit since moving from Puerto Rico seven months ago.
24:24There's something wrong here.
24:25Yeah.
24:26Norval says that Kino has become violent and unpredictable.
24:31One time I went to Dale house and he was telling me that Kino stole his wallet.
24:39Did him and Dale have anything going on?
24:41I don't know but I think so because Dale was telling me that, you know, that Kino stayed naked.
24:47Is Kino staying here with y'all?
24:49Norval's wife says Kino is staying with a young couple at another apartment complex.
24:56If y'all hear from him or see him, will you call me and let me know?
24:59Yeah.
25:11Leonidas Quinones, a.k.a. Kino, is 40 years old.
25:17He moved to Texas from Puerto Rico seven months ago.
25:20He has no criminal history in the United States.
25:30The next morning, Lopez and Montenegro head out to the apartment where Kino may be staying.
25:41Detective Lopez from Dallas homicide.
25:43I need to talk to Kino.
25:46I know he's in the house.
25:48He's not in my house actually.
25:50Where are you going?
25:52He's right there.
25:54Right there.
26:06He has you.
26:07Oh God.
26:07She's right there in the hat.
26:08She worn a hat?
26:09Yeah.
26:16How you doing?
26:17Take your hand with me, your brother.
26:20I have a..
26:21A little..
26:23A little..
26:24Let's see, let's see, let's see, okay?
26:26He's gonna try to get it.
26:28Let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see.
26:32Here, okay, thank you.
26:41Unless he has open sores all in his hands.
26:44Does he?
26:45He has like a cut, and he has the dry blood on it.
26:49The scrape on it?
26:50He has actual blood on it.
26:52He has actual blood on it?
26:53Mm-hmm.
27:00How are you?
27:01Good, good.
27:02Good.
27:05This is what I want to talk about.
27:07Do you know Theo?
27:08You know, Theo?
27:10For my cousin.
27:12For my cousin.
27:14Well, Theo, you know that someone killed him.
27:20Billy?
27:27This is someone who keeps living in bed?
27:39Yes.
27:40I'm escaping the mechanical stuff.
27:41Like the fourier Russians?
27:44Yes.
27:45Yes.
27:45Yes.
27:45Do you know what the appelle bull was beingStep or planned?
27:53I know you're a friend with Deo.
27:57What did they do together?
28:00Nothing.
28:02Did you ever take off your clothes there?
28:04No, I didn't.
28:06You were two with Deo, and we were together.
28:09We know what's going on there.
28:11But I need to tell you the truth.
28:13No, no, no.
28:16Yes, yes, yes.
28:17Yes, yes, yes.
28:21One time, I got to tell you to take off your clothes and the other clothes.
28:28And then, I took you and said come here.
28:33And I said no, wait, wait.
28:36I put it back my hand.
28:39Because I love it.
28:43I am a very fortunate
28:44and I am a very lucky one.
28:50Do you know what I have called you?
28:52Yes, no, I...
28:57I need a player or something like that.
29:01If you want, you can see you.
29:03I don't know it because...
29:05I can see how the thing is...
29:15Keno admitted to being in Dale's apartment.
29:17He went so far as to admit that he took off his clothes
29:20and was in there naked with Dale.
29:23I think there's a lot more to it than what he's saying.
29:26I really need to strengthen this case through the DNA,
29:30through the blood evidence that we have.
29:49We'll never know what was in his head or what was he thinking about.
29:53It's really personal that way he did it.
30:16What's the location of your emergency?
30:20We just had someone come in here and she's somebody.
30:23One of our security guards.
30:25Oh, my God.
30:26Oh, my God.
30:29Police and paramedics rush to the scene
30:33and find a man inside the doorway of the club,
30:36riddled with bullets, dead.
30:44When you talk about a bouncer, that job is extremely dangerous
30:48because, think about it, when you take action,
30:50you're taking action with somebody that's probably intoxicated.
30:54So you're always encountering somebody
30:56that's in a volatile situation.
30:58I have seen cases where things get heated fast
31:01because somebody feels disrespected
31:03and they feel like they have to save face,
31:04especially if it happens in front of a group of people.
31:14Our victim is Jeremy Smith.
31:17Raised in Mobile, 40-year-old Jeremy Smith
31:20left high school to join the Junior Officers Training Corps
31:24and had a passion for fixing cars.
31:26He'd been working as a security guard
31:28at the club for the past year.
31:31Jeremy leaves behind a loving family.
31:40Jeremy was shot seven times, point blank.
31:43That tile there, does it look like he stood over him
31:46and maybe shot?
31:48Yeah, that looks like he's shot down.
31:52The team finds several bullet fragments, but no casings.
31:59Is there any witnesses to it?
32:01Oh, yeah.
32:02One at the apartment.
32:14Corporal Nick Cropon speaks to the bartender.
32:18The gentleman that shot Jeremy, he was just too intoxicated.
32:22Just kind of being rude and just a little obnoxious, maybe.
32:25He was at my bar and went over there and poured a beer
32:29out on the floor.
32:31So Jeremy went over there and asked him to leave.
32:35And dude didn't want to leave.
32:37And so Jeremy just reached around and got him in a chokehold.
32:44And then it stops, and the man says something and goes outside,
32:50and then comes back in, and then you just hear all the shots.
32:54Was he outside before you come back in?
32:5745 seconds.
32:59Do you know this person?
33:00Out of his face.
33:02I've seen him before.
33:04Describe him for me.
33:06I would say 30 in the mid-30s.
33:09Short, stocky.
33:10Is he black or white?
33:12White.
33:13Oh, we appreciate it, OK?
33:15All right.
33:17The team discovers the shooting may
33:19have been caught in the club's surveillance cameras.
33:23So this is the front door here.
33:25That's our victim checking people at the door.
33:27They start the video minutes before Jeremy was shot.
33:31Suspect.
33:32He's got stocky.
33:33She's in the shot.
33:36Yeah.
33:37Yeah, him right there.
33:38That might be him sitting here at the bar.
33:46It's just that he was over at the pool table.
33:52He's maybe talking to somebody over there.
33:56And he poured a beer out on the floor.
34:00There you go.
34:03Jeremy went over to him.
34:05They had words with each other.
34:07He was trying to make them leave.
34:11And they struggled for a bit.
34:14And then they got left.
34:18There we go.
34:20That's him walking out now.
34:24And then he came back.
34:25About 45 seconds later.
34:30There he goes.
34:31Coming back.
34:33Yeah.
34:33Yeah, that's him.
34:35Put the gun in his hand.
34:41Wow.
34:42I stood in the doorway and just shot him.
34:50That's him.
34:52I have seen cases where people go from zero to 60
34:55in no time flat.
34:57One of the things that we argue about in this country,
34:59certainly we don't want to, we understand everybody's rights
35:03to bear arms.
35:04But when you make weapons that easily available,
35:07things that they typically will walk away from,
35:09they won't now.
35:10Because now I have a weapon.
35:12And it gives me the confidence that I don't necessarily
35:15need to deescalate the situation or walk away.
35:22Anybody know who the suspect is?
35:25He had been at the bar, she said.
35:30The bartender gives detectives a credit card receipt
35:33signed by the suspect.
35:35On the receipt, it's showing a name of Dwayne Wheat.
35:41Dwayne Wheat.
35:45Dwayne Wheat.
35:46Dwayne Wheat has prior convictions,
35:48including second-degree forgery
35:50and misdemeanor third-degree assault.
35:59Before heading back to homicide.
36:01It's the worst part of our job, man.
36:03Death notification.
36:05Nettles and Detective Glenn Barton
36:07need to notify Jeremy's family.
36:16We're with the police department, OK?
36:18OK, come over here.
36:18Yes, ma'am.
36:20Detectives speak with Jeremy's grandmother,
36:22who raised him as her son.
36:31I'm so sad, so sad.
36:33She's mad at all.
36:35And she didn't let me forget that that was her son.
36:38Obviously, they're warning the answers.
36:47I'm creating a photo lineup.
36:50Hopefully, the witness can pick them out.
36:52Read it, read it, read it.
36:54Here you go.
36:56Corporal Jeff Booth and Detective Jermaine Rogers
36:58head out to show the lineup to the bartender
37:01who witnessed the shooting.
37:33with DeWayne positively ID'd.
37:36I'm going through some records we've got here
37:39in our database.
37:40The team searches for his last known address.
37:43Let's see.
37:44We're going to take a trip over there in person.
37:46Ready?
37:47Yep.
37:52Throw the vests on any time you shoot.
37:56Somebody like that in front of a camera.
37:58You just got no regard for nobody, not even yourself.
38:26a woman answers the door.
38:28A woman answers the door.
38:32The woman says Duane and his girlfriend
38:35moved out several months ago.
38:37I'm looking her up in Metro right now.
38:42Barton finds Duane's girlfriend in the database.
39:00I really do appreciate you coming out and talking to us.
39:04Duane's girlfriend arrives at homicide.
39:07Whatever you heard.
39:10She says some friends told her Duane had been involved
39:13in a shooting at Shotgun Willie's.
39:15When was the last time you talked to Duane?
39:22Did he say anything other than that?
39:31You just assumed that he was talking about the police?
39:36Did he have a gun at that point?
39:40I thought he showed up and then he left.
39:43Had you talked to him again at all?
39:47OK.
39:48So we've actually got him on video.
39:58Why would he take somebody to life like that?
40:04This was a security guard that was working,
40:06doing his job that night, that was shot.
40:10I'm trying to understand why did it happen.
40:13We're trying to get up some type of explanation
40:15for the guy's family, you know?
40:17Why did this happen to their son?
40:20Yeah.
40:21It's wrong.
40:22It is.
40:23It is.
40:25And I'll tell you this before leaving here today.
40:28I know it's a difficult spot for you.
40:37She's as confused as we are.
40:39The goal is to get him to tell us why it happened.
40:4710 hours in, Dwayne's mother brings him to homicide.
40:56I'm going to jump for you.
40:58I'm going to open this table.
41:01Are you doing all right?
41:02You look a little tired.
41:05I certainly appreciate you coming down to speak with us.
41:08But man, just to be straight up with you,
41:12there was cameras at the place.
41:14They captured everything.
41:17So we know what happened.
41:19But we know that there's reasons why people do certain things.
41:22And that's what we want to talk to you about.
41:28Wake up for me.
41:30We want to talk to you more about the reason.
41:33Do you feel like you're in a position where you can talk to us about that?
41:37No, I talked to him a lot, man.
41:39Okay.
41:49Jeremy was at the club that night trying to make a living.
41:51And he died for doing his job.
41:54It's just sad.
42:05I think the reality of the situation hits some people later.
42:08And when the reality sinks in is that I cannot live the rest of my life like this.
42:13And I don't want to be incarcerated.
42:15I don't think it has very little to do with what they've done.
42:17I think it has more to do with the consequences.
42:21If you talk to people afterwards, they'll tell you,
42:24I wish I could have them 30 seconds back again.
42:27But they just let their emotions get the best of them.
42:29Of course.
42:30And they'll give you some confineers read it.
42:34So let's go out on the back.
42:34I think it is really bad for you.
