00:12Mercedes-Benz CLA. Yes, the CLA is back but now it is back in an electric avatar. So let's quickly
00:18start this video and let me tell you this is not a review video, this is just a walk around.

00:27let us quickly see what the CLA gets. Now, at the front you can see over here, let me just
00:33unlock
00:33the car and you can see some patterns coming over here. So this grille has these 142 stars that
00:42actually light up. The complete thing lights up, even the logo lights up. You have a connected strip
00:47over here, then you have the DRLs that are over here and the DRLs look amazing. They are almost,
00:53I mean you can see over here, it's the Mercedes logo only that they have put inside the headlight.
00:57Apart from that, you get this gloss black finishing, some vents over here, you have
01:03ultrasonic sensors at the front, then you have a little bit of chrome. If I just open the bonnet,
01:10let me just do that. Okay, so since this is an electric car, obviously you have frunk space at
01:14the front. So there you go, 101 litres of frunk space and at the same time you have around 400
01:21litres
01:21of boot space at the back. Now, moving on to the side. So at the side you get these AMG
01:27wheels. These are two 45-45 R18s. Comment below, how do you feel the styling of the wheels are.
01:34There you go, very sharp lines, less lines but sharp lines running all over. Now this time it
01:39gets these flush door handles. So when you lock it, it goes inside, unlock it or you come close
01:44the car, it will come outside. Your brushed aluminium finishing all over, you get a fixed panoramic sunroof
01:50in the inside. Apart from that, you can see you have two cameras right over here. If you can just
01:57come over here and show it to them. Just check this out. Two cameras right over here. Then you have
02:04piano black finishing along with this chrome. Ground clearance is pretty much very less. I'm not sure
02:11exactly about the ground clearance right now but yes, it is less and you need to be careful over
02:15bumps. If you come to the rear section over here, you will be seeing that this gets this new kind

02:24a design for the tail light. And yeah, again I will leave it to you in the comment section to

02:30what do you think about the tail light design over here. CLA badging, 250 plus badging over here.
02:34That is to open the boot. You just do this and the boot opens. It's not an electric boot but
02:39yeah,
02:39you have 400 litres of boot space. Boot lid is extremely light. This was the exterior of the
02:45car. Let me tell you that this will be based on Merceri's new MMA platform. This is a new platform
02:52and going forward, the cars that will be rolling out will be through this platform because this
02:57has, I mean this platform supports a lot of variation. So, if you talk about the price of
03:02this, obviously price is not yet out but we are expecting somewhere between 55 to 60 lakh rupees
03:07X showroom. You let us know what should be the price of the CLA and before that let us quickly
03:13dive on the inside. So, let us check out the interiors of the CLA now. Over here you can see
03:20you have this dual tone finish on the seat with contrast stitching right over here. Apart from that,
03:26this is how the interiors look like. You have some space over here underneath the tunnel. If I just sit
03:32inside, now this is the AMG line. Well, obviously you get some of the AMG treatment like on the wheels,
03:38on the mats, a little bit on the steering wheel. You have this red stitching right over here. Plus,
03:43you get two screens. Now, this is a 10.25 inch. This is a 14 inch screen. This is a
03:47big screen
03:48right over here and you get a lot of tech in this. I mean, this is actually tech on wheels.
03:55You can see
04:02this is your regular style. Wireless charger, cup holders, storage space right over here. Storage
04:09space right over here and yes, look what we have. We have a controller that actually can,
04:17you can connect it to your screen and then you can obviously go ahead and play. There are games right
04:27over here. So, yeah, that's, I mean, what do you think? Should they give this with the car? Well,
04:35that is what the car gets. Now, if you look on the inside, you'll be able to see that this
04:40is the
04:42panoramic sunroof and it is a fixed sunroof. It does not get a shade. I think you'll have to get
04:46a shade
04:47from the dealership if you want, but this is a pretty heavy tinted glass. So, I don't think
04:51a lot of sun will be coming in from here. Apart from that, the seats are all electrically adjustable and
04:57you have the extended thigh supports right over here. So, the CLA gets a massage seat. It gets
05:03heated seat, but it does not get ventilated seats. It also gets seat memory options and lumber support
05:08that can be adjusted from the screen. You do not get manual buttons for it. The steering wheel
05:13can go all in all directions. That is the rear section. You get two cup holders, some place to keep
05:21your phone. Pretty much, you can figure out how much space is there. This is my current driving
05:27position and you can see that the leg room over here is this much only. Plus, you get two AC
05:33vents.
05:33There are two zones on climate control. Apart from that, you just have blowers over here. You do not
05:37have any temperature control for it. So, yes, this was the interior of the CLA 250+, which is the
05:45electric
05:45CLA is what you get on the inside. If you talk about power, now, the power that this thing gets
05:52is around 268 bhp. So, 268 bhp is more than enough power for it to propel and 0 to 100
06:02comes in 6.7
06:03seconds. Well, this is a rear-wheel drive car. It's not an all-wheel drive. It does not get 4MATIC.
06:07So, imagine having almost 270 bhp of power with rear-wheel drive. And if you switch out traction
06:11control, you know what happens. So, yes, guys, this was the CLA 250+, which is the electric CLA.
