Has the Blue Wave Harmony returned to service the seabridge? Opposition leader Penelope Beckles put the question to Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar during the sitting of the lower house on Friday.

00:14And I'm advised by the Honorable Minister that these four, apart from the Blue Wave,
00:22that they are going with about 50% passenger capacity and about 70% cargo occupancy.
00:31And the Blue Wave, Minister's advice, in fact, is currently loading for a 2 p.m. departure from Port of
00:38Spain.
00:38So all can carry cargo, but the cargo is not stocked up and stockpiled at the port.
