00:09even like do to make this all happen yeah it was uh it was a journey um we basically uh
00:16had been
00:17talking about taking our concept and making it uh more solidified and uh you know toby toby could
00:24talk about that yeah we had uh this these shows were doing really well and um we didn't know about
00:29covid yet it was kind of like right before covid and so but we were like dude these shows are
00:34doing
00:35so well if we could have just our own space because that was like the hardest thing was finding a
00:39space
00:40to throw the shows um but we knew if we had our own space we could make it special and
00:45we could do
00:45things a lot better um and so we uh we were looking for spaces we found a space we're like
00:51literally
00:52ready to sign the papers and then covet hits and we're like wait hold up we don't want to hold
00:57on
00:57and uh we thought about it and we took a huge leap of faith and literally june of 2020 we
01:04bought that
01:04building wow and uh obviously there was no shows going on right so it needed a lot of work we
01:10knew
01:10we had like a year or two of renovations and so we started building with the assumption that shows
01:16we'll be back or we'll be able to do something with this and um and it worked out and it's
01:21crazy
01:22how uh you know how far it's gone and and um you know we were just trying to open and
01:29now i feel
01:29like it's it's it's doing pretty well so pretty well is an understatement yeah
