00:05days before he took his own life. Tyron Jones aged 30 died at his home in Northfield on
00:11the 30th of March last year. The hearing was told referrals were made by an ambulance service,
00:17a housing association, a charity and also by the Birmingham Edgbester MP, Preet Gill.
00:22The court heard he had been known to mental health services for several years. His mother
00:27alleged professionals ignored continued warnings about his welfare. Assistant Coroner Ian Dreelen
00:34recorded a conclusion of suicide. He said he would not issue a narrative verdict or a prevention
00:39of future deaths report following the hearing.
