00:12now I don't know if you saw me walk walking I'm six foot three slightly
00:16overweight and I went down like the proverbial and got dragged across the
00:23ticket hall floor luckily there was members of the public were there to
00:29assist unfortunately colleagues find it very difficult to assist because often
00:34their actions are are questioned by our line managers so that they're often
00:41hesitate before physically assisting colleagues in any physical assaults a
00:48member of public dialed 999 the Met Police turned up unfortunately again due to
00:54their own availability the British Transport Police took an extra 30 minutes
01:00to turn up after the Met Police had arrested the the guy that assaulted me as
01:08I said if it wasn't if the Met hadn't turned up the guy would have gone and we
01:11would have that would have been the last week we saw of him a CSA who was on the
01:17run on the gate line was being challenged by a customer got quite heated so I went
01:21over just to check on that colleague who sort backed into a corner the customer then turned
01:26on me and my colleagues and shoved two of us in the chest and then start screaming death threats
01:32towards myself thought he recognized me from somewhere never seen him before in my life which
01:38was all captured on body one video BTP were contacted after the assault and the threats
01:45didn't hear anything from BTP for two hours which obviously was quite concerning to us we did try
01:52through 61016 and the LU internal phone number for that until it got quite out of hand and the
02:00supervisors contacted them directly again major station Kings Cross you'd expect there to be a BTP
02:06presence that would be able to come out like fairly quickly or if not from Euston BTP station there
02:12if not the Met but we had nothing I was relying on colleagues to help keep me safe and keep

02:17person away from me until I could get to a place of safety so on 27th of October there was
02:22a diversion
02:23which was not authorized by TFL so the IBIS they just wanted to cover their timings and all the stuff
02:32so they are authorized unauthorized diversion so we were going unauthorized diversion I double check with
02:39IBIS and the IBIS and I was yes yes please go from that side you see it's okay and I
02:44said okay fine
02:45and I don't I don't mind too good then I went on this I did my announcement and everything
02:52I don't know there was a guy I think he he heard me when I said that diversion I'll be
