00:06Taylor is a really good edge guy in terms of the sack.
00:10He's had good sack production.
00:11We feel good about that.
00:12I think he brings a different skill set than we have out there in terms of the way he rushes.
00:17What I like most about him is his motor.
00:19He's got a great motor.

00:22He needs some refinement at the top of the rush, which we'll work on that, but he pursues
00:27and does the things, everything that everybody else does in the building that we expect and
00:31what we hold guys accountable to.
00:33Williams I had in Indianapolis, and he was a young guy back then, and I really commended
00:38him on his improvement he's made over the last couple years.
00:42He's done a really good job of refining his skill set and his pass rush and him playing
00:47the run.
00:47He does a really good job, uses his length really well, and he does the same thing.
00:51We don't bring guys in here that don't like to play hard, so it's important that we watch
00:55the tape, and we have guys that have our DNA to start, and then we can take them to the
00:59next level once they get it.
01:00A lot of guys that have done that conversion from an odd front being only a nine technique
01:05to be able to play defensive end, and I've had a bunch of those over the course of my
01:09career, and it's always worked out.
01:11Those guys always make good defensive ends in our system.
01:15I really do, and then we'll play that hot hand.
01:19Like I said, I feel really good about all the guys that are out there right now, Booker,
01:22Dom, and D-Walk, and all those guys that are playing with Tez on the one side.
01:26So we'll just see, make it a competition, and see who's hot, and let them rush.
