00:00I understand there's been a high level of public interest in the news of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's
00:03arrest last Thursday and what may follow. The government is clear that we are not ruling our
00:08action in respect of the line of succession at this stage and we will consider whether any further
00:12steps are required in due course. It is vital, however, that we first allow the police to carry
00:17out their investigations. I know they will have the full support of the government and I'm sure
00:21this house as they do so. I will return to the house with further updates as I've committed to
00:25do so, Mr Speaker, not just on this issue but in relation to wider reforms to standards,
00:29lobbying, transparency and the removal of peerages in due course.
