00:00The first thing that we need to know is that the Prime Minister misled Parliament.
00:04There are three serious concerns here.
00:06The first one is that on the 10th of September, the Prime Minister misled Parliament by saying the full due
00:12process was followed.
00:13If Mandelson failed the security vetting, full due process was not followed.
00:18Misleading Parliament is a resigning offence.
00:20On the 5th of February, at a press conference in Hastings, the Prime Minister said that Peter Mandelson cleared the
00:27vetting process.
00:27This is not true.
00:29That means he broke the ministerial code by saying something deliberately untrue.
00:34He misled the country.
00:35And the third thing is that it looks like there's been a cover-up because we had a humble address
00:40in Parliament where we asked for all of the documents.
00:43This did not come out then.
00:44It's gone to the press.
00:45That means that something was being covered up.
00:47On each of these three things, we have a resigning offence for the Prime Minister.
00:52This is a very serious situation.
00:54If he has misled Parliament, as it looks like he has, he should resign.
00:58If he has broken the ministerial code, as it looks like he has, he should resign.
01:02If he withheld documents via cover-up from Parliament, he should resign.
01:07If it's not for the N-S-S-A-R-A-N-E-S-H-R-A-N-N-E
01:07-S-H-R-A-N-E-S-H-R-A-N-E-S-H-R-A-N-E-S-H
01:07-R-A-N.
