00:00Absolutely there are questions for the Prime Minister.
00:02This was a man who the Prime Minister said he had full confidence in in September on
00:07the floor of the House of Commons and then only a few months later the Prime Minister
00:11admitted to MPs and the wider public that actually he was well aware that Mandelson
00:17had an ongoing relationship with Epstein after Epstein had been released from prison for
00:23the child sex trafficking charges.
00:25So this is a real serious question of judgement for the Prime Minister.
00:28And the problem, the wider problem that he has politically is that he can no longer
00:32govern.
00:33He has had all authority has drifted away from him.
00:36There are now growing Labour rebellions on all sorts of things from welfare reform to
00:41immigration control to the scrapping of jury trials and so this is a wider question for
00:46the public about whether we have a Prime Minister who is who is in charge and able to command
00:51the confidence of his MPs and that's causing all kinds of chaos for us in the House of Commons
00:56but also in the wider world.
