A free family exhibition featuring immersive displays, sound recordings and creative activities is running until May Thirty. Organisers say it aims to inspire young readers across the city.

00:00Young adventurers are being invited to explore storytelling at a free exhibition in Leeds.
00:06Story Explorers has opened at Leeds Central Library, featuring a giant cuddly octopus
00:11and a large model of the moon. It has been co-produced with the British Library and
00:17includes items inspired by collections from Leeds Libraries and Leeds Museums and Galleries.
00:23Visitors can read, play, craft and listen to sound recordings from the British Library
00:27Sound Archive. A temporary children's library sits alongside the exhibition.
00:33Councillor Asghar Khan from Leeds City Council says it encourages young people
00:38to discover new worlds through reading. The event runs until the 30th of May.
