00:25To start off, take us back when you were just starting.
00:28Actually, the enterprise, it started from a pain point during college.
00:34So, college students, may mga seminars and that visit.
00:37There was one invited speaker who talked about a certain skill set na very aligned sa course namin na industrial
00:42engineering.
00:43And then, so, siyempre, fascinated. I wanted to take the course.
00:47Unfortunately, the course was worth $50,000 or more.
00:50Very costly.
00:52So, sobrang mahal.
00:53Fast forward, nagka meron na opportunity.
00:55I got a scholarship from U.S. for this particular training, yung Linsig Sigma po.
01:00So, nag-start kaming mag-try mag-offer.
01:04At first, walang gustong maniwala kasi ba't sobrang mura compared to this?
01:07And that's scam yata yan, something like that.
01:09And then, there was a school, university in Batangas who trusted us with 80 students.
01:15So, from that, yun po nagtuloy-tuloy na.
01:19Kamusta nung nagsisimula kayong mag-asawa when you were building this business of yours?
01:24So, galing din kami sa corporate.
01:26I am part of multinational as a cross-excellence manager.
01:30Siya naman supervisor sa isang sikat.
01:32Planning.
01:33Produce ng pinters and projectors.
01:35So, at first, we do it side.
01:37Side job, part-time job.
01:39Part-time.
01:39And then, during weekends, niraran namin.
01:43Nung nakita namin na may traction na.
01:44So, I asked her, baka gusto mong i-try out natin, take the risk, get out of the corporate, and
01:50then really do this full-time.
01:52So, yun.
01:52But at first, yun niya, as I mentioned earlier, sobrang hirap kasi ang hirap mag-build ng credibility.
01:57Especially siguro as a training and consulting firm or something na related sa education.
02:01Because they will ask about your credentials.
02:03They will ask about what you can offer already.
02:06Talaga bang kayo mong panindigan yung inyo offer mo.
02:08So, given as sobrang bata pa namin nag-start, like 23, 24, we started this.
02:13But you've been in the industry for 10 years.
02:16Kayong mag-asawa, because I admire yung partnership, eh.
02:19Because there's so much strength and, you know, power and drive and will to really push for the business,
02:25push for your business dreams and goals.
02:28What advice can you give to those people who aspires to be like you?
02:32We communicate.
02:33We talk about everything that needs to be discussed.
02:39Also, siguro, nakatulong din that we're friends more than bago kami naging mag-asawa.
02:44You're a high school.
02:45Yes.
02:46We're classmates since high school.
02:49And also, mayroon pa rin, parang, limitation or boundaries yung pagiging mag-ah, yung tungkol sa negosyo and yung tungkol
02:59sa pagiging husband and wife.
03:01Kapag kasi may kailangan siya as my husband, ang tawag niya sa akin, mahal, baby, babe.
03:06Pero kapag may uuto siya sa akin for work, ang tawag niya sa akin, full name, Catherine.
03:10So, alam mo na, patawag niya sa akin, yes, exactly.
03:17Hindi mahalaga kung mabagal ka man, ang mahalaga ay hindi ka huminto.
