00:00What is your player prop here today, a part of our three-man weeks?
00:05It's the big man, Ruben Chinlew, over 12 and a half rebounds.
00:08You're saying, oh, my goodness, this is a big number.
00:10But he's gone over four of the last five games, averaging 12 rebounds per game.
00:14Kevin, this is one of the best offensive rebounders in the country
00:18versus a team at Ole Miss who doesn't rebound well.
00:22This is a guy that dominates sports,
00:24and he's a major reason why Florida is now starting to creep back
00:29into that national championship conversation
00:31with that front line of Thomas Howe and Condon.
00:34You can go, I need the three bigs,
00:36but I'm going with the one that gets the most rebounds
00:38because he controls the offensive glass.
00:39Give me Ruben Chinlew, over 12 and a half boards.
00:42They showed a Ruben Chinlew, Oscar Shibwe side-by-side graphic,
00:48and at first I was like, come on, that's disrespectful.
00:52And then the numbers, well, they didn't lie.
00:56It's not that Chinlew's the national player of the year
00:59the way Shibwe was at Kentucky,
01:00but Ruben Chinlew's been awesome, awesome for Florida.
01:06In a way, as somebody who you guys know is in on Florida,
01:09wasn't even banking on.
01:11The Gators, look, man, I understand they've got six losses.
01:16I understand why they're not, you know,
01:18one of the top five teams in the AP poll,
01:20but, like, don't be ridiculous.
01:22You know that's one of the five best teams in college basketball.
01:26But the two best teams, many believe, it's Duke, it's Michigan.
01:29In this game, give me Isaiah Evans over the 13 and a half points.
01:32Evans is averaging a tick under 20 a night in his last three.
01:37With a tempo game here, Evans should get more work
01:40than your typical Duke basketball game,
01:42so I think that is one tick in the box.
01:47The other is Michigan allows a lot of threes,
01:52and that means that Evans is just going to have to put up a ton.
01:56I like Isaiah Evans in this game to go over 13 and a half.
01:59I think he's really alive to flirt with that 20-point marker here,
02:02despite the fact that they are playing arguably the best defense
02:06in college basketball.
02:07But, again, one of the reasons they are the best defense
02:10in college basketball is they make you shoot tough threes
02:13and don't allow you easy paint touches or looks at the rim
02:17due to just the size that is Michigan.
02:19So that is your three-man weave here on a college basketball Saturday.
02:24Isaiah Evans over the 13 and a half points,
02:26Ruben Chinilu over the 12 and a half rebounds,
02:29and then Solo Ball over two and a half made threes.
02:33Coach, there are some big injuries that took place in the Big 12.
02:36JT Toppin for Texas Tech and Richie Saunders for BYU.
02:46Where are you at with Tech following the Toppin injury?
02:51They, today, against K-State, are still a double-digit favorite.
02:55Well, they're a double-digit favorite because K-State decided to fire Jerome Tang
02:59and not pay him his $19 million.
03:00By the way, pay my man his money in cash.
03:03Now, when we get to Texas Tech, yeah, this just changes the complete thought of it.
03:12This is the complete engine of Texas Tech.
03:16The way he's able to dominate offensive and defensive boards, scoring.
03:20I think he had 16 double-doubles this year before getting hurt.
03:24It changes everything with Texas Tech.
03:27Texas Tech goes from a team that you could say could be a sneaky team
03:30to make the Final Four to if the matchup isn't right, Kev.
03:35They may not make it out of the first weekend.
03:38And that's the other thing is you've got to realize as the NCAA looks at quad one,
03:43quad two, net, all that stuff, they look at how you're playing.
03:47They also look at who's available.
03:49So they're going to evaluate Texas Tech on this game moving forward.
03:54So they could be, whatever it could be in the net or the Ken Palm,
03:58they could get a way worse seed because one of the top ten players in college
04:02basketball isn't available the rest of the year.
