00:00Coach, is this one the best game of the day? I don't know, but it is the one that I
00:04am most
00:05looking forward to, and that is the Big East Tournament Final between UConn and St. John's
00:10at MSG, no less, where you know both teams are going to be very well represented there
00:16at the Garden, and maybe Rick Pitino is even wearing that nice all-white suit. UConn is a
00:21three-and-a-half point favorite. Total is 140-and-a-half in this one. UConn going for win
00:27number 30. St. John's sitting at 27-and-6. Expectations, again, are high for both of
00:32these teams. Not necessarily as high as they were last year for the Red Storm, maybe a little bit
00:37higher this year for UConn for the first time in a couple years after winning those back-to-back
00:42national championships. I just think, and the spread indicates it, we are going to get ourselves
00:46a hell of a game in this one. What do you expect? Well, I'm all upset because I was supposed
00:52to be
00:53going to the game tonight. I'm not, so I'll be watching from my count, which is probably the
00:57best season I'll sell out to my guys that are going and the people that wanted me to go with
01:01them. But to me, it's going to be a great match of two of the arguably premier coaches
01:06in college basketball, Rick Pitino and obviously Dan Hurley. Two guys that have immense respect for
01:11each other, but two competitors. And I want people, I'm going to say this again, 24-2. That is the
01:20record of St. John's at MSG. It's going to be interesting. It was funny. If you watched the
01:27game last night between St. John's and Seton Hall, when the UConn fans came in, they started cheering
01:36for Seton Hall. So that tells you what kind of atmosphere we're going to have. This is why the
01:42Big East and a good friend of mine, one of the Nova guys, they call it adult spring break. Why?
01:49There's no better time to be in New York City than now in the Big East tournament. It will be
01:55rocking.
01:56It will be great. And I'm going to bet this game live because I think this is going to swing
02:01a bunch
02:01of different ways. But one other thing that I'll leave you to do is this. The last time they played,
02:07St. John's didn't score a field goal the final 15 minutes. Rick Pitino will have that team ready to
02:16play, but so will Dan Hurley. You mentioned live betting opportunities. Are you going to arbitrage
02:23this thing? You said it's going to swing like crazy both ways. You know, there were, we talk about
02:28this all the time. It doesn't matter the sport, the game, you can do it. If you feel like this
02:32thing, and obviously it needs to actually happen in order for people to profit. But if you feel like
02:36we're going to see, okay, UConn's going to be up a, you know, five, six points. And then at some
02:42point, St. John's going to take a 10 point lead on and on, you know, you could just keep going
02:46back
02:46and forth, investing in money lines at plus money on both, kick your feet up on the couch, cash and,
02:51you know, crews just wait, wait to make money at the end of this thing. Is that the way you're
02:55going to approach this? It's definitely something you need to consider folks. If you have the time
03:00and you're going to have that phone right next to you, which I highly suggest that you do during
03:04the game. Because I think if I see something, I think St. John's is going to come out and try
03:10and
03:10punch first because of what happened last time leaning on that guarding crowd, which I will say
03:17UConn will travel very well, very well down to MSG. It's a short drive down from Hartford. So they'll be
03:25in attendance as well, but I would be surprised if St. John's jumps out early, maybe they take the
03:29race to 10 and then you could just start ping pong in your way back and forth and getting in
03:34and out
03:34of positions because I don't see a team running away with it. It's too competitive. They're too
03:40tough. The teams know each other. Both teams have experience. Both teams have great legendary coaches
03:46and both have coaches that aren't afraid to try something different if it's not working. So to me,
03:53get in and out of position, this, no disrespect to Arizona versus Houston, no disrespect to what's
04:01going on in the Big 12 or Big 10 or in the SEC or ACC, this, and I mean this,
04:07is must-see TV tonight.
04:10Bye.
