00:00you're like i gotta ask you a question a lot of your audience understands family pressures we all
00:05grew up a certain way and a lot of your parents might have opinions or really push you into a
00:11career that you could do yeah you just might not be happy and so sometimes you have to make a
00:17decision being responsible of course but you have to choose to either live somebody else's life
00:23or to live your own life it might be a little selfish but then again you only get 100 years
00:28on this planet how do you want to click your heels and live your life and so i decided to
00:34do it in a
00:34certain way where i know that i would have this sort of fulfillment and that was very important for
00:40me i i do understand and i totally see myself where i did have this change as well
00:54what i mean by this is that it's never too late to to do that to be able to to
01:06find living in your
01:08way not others ways or whatever they believe that you can do like you just mentioned it's pretty good
01:14it gives me such be careful to do it on a whim i just don't want you to leave home
01:19to go get milk
01:19and not come back you know a lot of stuff has to be done on momentum you got to see
01:25if what you're
01:25doing is working and if there's a chance that you might be able to do this long term and so
01:32um that's
01:33very important for me that that people are true to themselves so they can stay consistent they can look
01:38in themselves in the mirror and possibly even make their bed in the morning i think if they can start
01:42with that sort of core structure and that balance internally then you'll they'll be able to extend
01:48and focus on other people as well and and that's what i was able to do i was i was
01:52very good with
01:53myself i was very balanced i i had my center that's my trunk of the tree
