00:06you know a lot of stuff has to be done on momentum you got to see if what you're doing

00:11and if there's a chance that you might be able to do this long term and so um that's very

00:18for me that that people are true to themselves so they can stay consistent they can look at
00:23themselves in the mirror and possibly even make their bed in the morning i think if they can
00:27start with that sort of core structure and that balance internally then you'll be able to extend
00:33and focus on other people as well and and that's what i was able to do i was i was
00:37very good with
00:38myself i was very balanced i had my center that's my trunk of the tree so i needed some branches
00:44and
00:44roots to be able to expand down here and that's why you either you delegate or you bring in the
00:49people that you trust so you will be able to grow very good and tell me more about that like

00:58story i know you started a few years ago like you just mentioned but let's go deeper
