03:13So today you have a team. And one guy is a copywriter. He knows how to create the best copy.
03:19And the other person is the designer. He knows how to create amazing designs.
03:23And they start working together. And from our experience, it takes a lot of time and a lot of effort.
03:30Sometimes weeks to create one single video for your company. It's a lot of work.
03:36And then once you start producing it, you need the camera, you need the studio, you need the team.
03:41And then you bring the materials and then editing becomes a large problem. Eventually, it's a huge task and costs
03:48a lot of money.
03:50Today, with Generative AI technologies, any one of you can go freely on our platform on R1.AI and register.
04:01And basically write only one line, only the prompt. You write a prompt and you get the storyboard with all
04:09the text,
04:10with all the images, with the virtual human, with the colors, with everything there, images all selected for you.

05:05But you don't want presentation. You want actual videos with the level of After Effects tools, Adobe After Effects tools.
05:13And you don't have the experience and you don't want to edit the video. You want it to be just
05:18happening for you.
05:19Right? Generative AI. They promised a lot of things for us. They said it will be automatically happening.
05:24So this is what we do. And today you can go and do it by yourself and create the videos.
05:31So today we have a special announcement here. And the idea is to basically show you, we can go to

05:39basically show you how we enable you as a creator to become a virtual human. Before that, I want to
05:48show you how it was done up until now.
05:51So this is a studio. This is me, old Oren, the 2022 Oren. And I was going on the studio
06:00and talking and standing and you can capture me on a green screen.
06:03Yeah, that's old news. Today, any one of you can go on our platform and basically create his own virtual
06:12human.
06:14So I will demonstrate in a second. But it's very simple. You go, short instructions. We need good light. We'll
06:22do that together.
06:23And then you capture yourself. Once you are captured, it will take a few minutes for your virtual human to
06:29be created.
06:37So this is one of our employees, Sean. He come to work on his first day and he wanted to
06:42create his virtual human. That's it.
06:44You put the app, you open, you register, you click, you capture yourself for a few seconds and then you
06:51have your virtual human.
06:52Immediately in the platform, immediately you can start creating content with yourself.
06:59So let me show you how it goes. And it will be, sorry, an iPhone demo. So I will try
07:06to show you like this. Okay.
07:10Once you go in and you registered, the application is named Pocket Studio by our one. So you can go
07:21and find it right now.
07:23You go here on the app. And you just start creating your character, your virtual human.
07:33Now I'm basically, she's basically instructing you to stand, to put your phone on a tripod. Done it.
07:40The second part is, get good light. So getting a very good light. Ah, nice.
07:57So the last part is, you're standing in front of the app. You basically put your hands like this, move
08:03them a bit. It's like a six second capture.
08:07You don't need to speak. We will do it for you. So why bother? Just smile to the camera a
08:13bit. Like this. And voila. So let me do that. Continue.
08:19Continue. And this is the place I need to put my face. How do we do that?
08:44Well done. Use the stake.
08:49Choose a voice. Different languages. You can try them. You can pick now and change later as well, obviously. And
09:00select.
09:01Basically, we will upload the images to our cloud. And we will render your virtual human for you. So go
09:09and try it. And once that's done, with the same login, you can go to our one platform.
09:15Reels. You don't need to register again. Just confirm registration. And go in. And you will find templates that you
09:23can use to create your own virtual human talking from text like a magic.

10:18All right. So I think that's pretty clear to everyone what you're doing. I'm curious, though, about how you're making
10:25money from this because you said that it's absolutely free to get hold of it. So what's the business model
10:32for you?
10:32The money question. Yeah. Okay. Do people need to take like a premium version, obviously? I mean, is it a
10:38premium model?
10:38It's a premium model. You've got a few minutes that you can come in and create. And then we sell
10:44to businesses. So we want you working for companies to go and try it. And if it goes for you,
10:49it works for you, you basically can bring your team in. And as a team, you can work on one
10:55project.
10:56It doesn't mean that there is only one creator here. It's basically a team of people working together, solving a
11:02very hard problem. And then we work with enterprise companies and sell them huge packages. Today, we have amazing brands
11:09on our portfolio.
11:10Okay. So basically, there'll be individuals that will be downloading it. But also, obviously, you're selling packages to companies who
11:17then want to use it, right?
11:18So I guess it's like kind of like an office package, like because it makes me think about PowerPoint, actually,
11:24because PowerPoint, we've seen, you know, PowerPoint over the years, become it was something that everyone had to do all
11:29the work themselves, design the slides, and then gradually, we have these templates, and then everything's just kind of done
11:35for you.
11:36But in my experience of that, is that what you're essentially offering is kind of like a series of templates
11:43that you can configure. But is there really a scope to kind of go beyond that, so that people can
11:49really have the kind of design freedom to just kind of do what they want? Or is it, you know,
11:56is that worth?
11:56So let me help you. So the idea is, we are creating huge amount of templates for use cases that
12:04we see customers are using. We started with product marketing, social marketing, customer experience, learning and development, all of these
12:12things are there, we give you some flexibility, you can design your own colors, you can bring your own brand,
12:19you can write your own text, but we give you a lot of assistance. This is for the creation part.
12:25And then, as I said, a team needs to work together, right? So they want to share videos. Today, there
12:30is no good platform to share videos in organization. We all use Slack sometimes, or WhatsApp, but it's not a
12:36good place. So we've built it. You want to manage the project. So do you want to have the creation
12:42and the management tool in one place? Yes. So we've built it. So now, content creation is happening only on
12:48R1, not on seven tools together. And that's the big thing.
12:52And you have a lot of flexibility inside the design to come up with whatever you want. And the last
12:58comment is, when we work with enterprises, we design templates for them based on their requirements.
13:04Okay. Okay, one more question. I can't resist to ask this one. So I guess this initiative is going to
13:10put a few people out of business, right? I mean, you're talking about design companies, video production companies, is it
13:17going to make it harder for them?
13:18In their markets?
13:20To be fully transparent, I just came off a call with a company, which actually manages the largest number of
13:28creative talents in the world. And they are basically the ones you are saying, maybe they will lose their work,
13:34right? So what we are actually doing with them is giving them our tool to enhance capabilities. So maybe you
13:41are a copywriter, and you're a bit worried about your future because all of these Gen AI, Open AI tools.
13:46But now you can actually expand your capabilities, do more stuff. And we think that it basically will create many
13:56more cases where you will create much better content. So everybody will get more work instead of less.
14:04Exactly. So basically work with you rather than threading. Yeah, I get it. So that's really good. And you know,
14:11and it's true, a lot of time is wasted producing this stuff, you know, and time that actually could be
14:15better to better use.
14:17Everything will look much more amazingly, you know, streaming, fun on the internet in just a few months because of
14:24these capabilities.
