00:00Welcome back for those who didn't leave.
00:04We now have a new segment on the topic of digital art.
00:10Now, I don't know about you but I don't know that much about digital art
00:13but I certainly want to know more and above all,
00:16how we can make it more accessible for everyone.
00:19So, we will have a pitch from ArtPoint that will share on stage
00:23their vision on making digital art accessible to all
00:26as well as presenting some of their work and favourite digital artworks.
00:30So, without any further delay, ArtPoint.
00:46Hello everyone, my name is Laurie, I present to July
00:50and we are the two co-founders of ArtPoint.
00:52At ArtPoint, we've been engaged in the promotion of digital art
00:56for almost three years now.
00:59Our adventure began with two observations.
01:04First, we saw a booming interest towards digital art.
01:07We definitely saw the public become passionate about those work
01:12mixing art and new technologies, those work creating new kind of emotions
01:17and helping us understand the world we live in.
01:20Then, we saw that our living spaces were trying to transform themselves
01:25using two magic keywords, digital and experience.
01:29That's why we simply decided to take digital art out of the confined space of museums
01:36to bring it directly to its audience in places we frequent every day.
01:41We saw first a huge interest in hotels because they were trying to differentiate
01:46from new competitors like Airbnb, finding new services from food, wellness to culture.
01:54We then saw a huge interest in retail spaces that were trying also to find new reasons to visit.
02:01They were trying to generate more flows because the threat was for them the rise of e-commerce.
02:06Then, we saw that corporate offices were also trying to create new spaces for conviviality.
02:13They were trying to find solutions to increase employees' well-being
02:18and to give more cohesions for teams.
02:22So, we helped those places, bringing them the magic of digital art accessible
02:27because we truly think that only emotion can make the difference
02:31and can help you permeate people's minds.
02:35So, we've already convinced prestigious clients from Accor, Hilton, Marriott, Barrières
02:42to BPCO, Sanofi, BNP, Worldline or even Ubisoft.
02:48To do this, we of course met a lot of digital artists
02:53and in three years, we built a community of a bit more than 250 digital artists
03:01coming from all over the world, exactly from a bit more than 40 countries.
03:06All these artists will use different tools, have different know-how, different skills,
03:14but they all use a digital medium in order to offer us their own interpretation about our world.
03:24By representing these artists with Art Points, we have set ourselves two main missions.
03:30The first one is to promote these artists, to propose a new generation of artists
03:36by multiplying the meeting points between their works and the public.
03:42We want to offer them a new visibility and new revenues.
03:47The second mission we have is about democratization.
03:52We want to bring art in other places than museums in order to enrich the public's experience.
04:02Thanks to the works of these artists, we built a really large catalogue of digital works of art.
04:09There is today in this catalogue a bit more than 3,000 digital works of art.
04:14And we propose the access to these works to our clients directly on screens through a monthly subscription.
04:23So you can find like generative works, 3D works, photogrammetry for example, digital collage.
04:30There is something for everyone.
04:32The idea is really to have, thanks to this monthly subscription,
04:39a renewed experience.
04:41You can discover new artists every month and you can find some works according to your desire.
04:50We also want to propose to offer a museum-like experience to our clients.
04:57So we of course offer all the editorial content about the artist and the works
05:03in order to offer an experience that you could have in a museum but in other places than a museum.
05:11And about the technical solution, of course we offer a turnkey solution.
05:17So we can connect to every kind of screen or if you do not have a screen,
05:23we can of course install you on screen thanks to our partner and the content is managed remotely.
05:32We also have just quickly a second solution.
05:36You can have every kind of custom project because by representing these artists we can offer you your own project.
05:48This means that you can commission a project with interactivity, with immersive arts, data, generative works for instance.
05:58The field of possibilities is really infinite with digital.
06:03So today NFTs has brought up new opportunities and we now want to bring a wider support to our artists,
06:12enabling them to exhibit, rent and sell their works.
06:16So today we can exhibit our artists in many prestigious spaces from hotels, corporate offices, hotel spaces,
06:25but we also have new projects in airports, train stations, health centers and metaverse.
06:32We can help them sell their works to a new public of collectors eager to learn more about their inspiration.
06:40For collectors we can help them identify the best of digital art
06:45because we do a strong curation from our community of artists and we can help them collect works that will
06:53be then displayed in public and private spaces
06:56because it's for us the only way to help the artists grow their community and to help the work be
07:01valued.
07:02So we really recreate a bridge between the real world and the NFTs that are virtual.
07:09We want to help businesses display NFTs to a public eager to discover this technology and we can now help
07:18them transform into digital galleries
07:20because you can just imagine that tomorrow you go to your favorite hotel, you discover a work, you have a
07:27crush on it and thanks to a QR code system you can simply buy it.
07:31So we really create the first ecosystem engaged in the exhibition and the sale of digital artwork.
07:38So we are at booth G23. If you want to discover some of our works, we exhibit new artists every
07:46day from 3D to generative art.
07:48And we can also show you the first NFTs we'll sell and display at our displaying spaces.
07:55So do not hesitate to come visit and ask anything. Thank you very much.
08:02Okay. Hi. Thanks. Please stay on stage. Yeah, stay on stage so I can ask a couple of questions.
08:07So thanks for your presentation. So if I understand correctly, it's a subscription service where you'll provide a screen and
08:15working with a partner
08:16and the artwork for particular people at home, but also for hotels, restaurants. Is that how it works?
08:23Yeah, we have a turnkey solution. So we have a catalog of more than 3000 digital artworks that can be
08:31displayed on any screen.
08:33So our client pay a subscription to get access to personalized collection.
08:39So it's basically 10 works per month and we change it every month to have a constantly renewed emotion
08:45because we really want to bring life to spaces we frequent every day and create a surprise if you visit
08:52often in a hotel or if you go to your corporate offices every month.
08:57That's a new reason to go more to the corporate offices for instance.
09:02Okay. Okay. Good. So and why why for you digital art? What is it about digital art that makes you
09:08passionate?
09:10We felt that digital art was trying to help us understand the world we live in and we thought it
09:19was very important to support the artist.
09:21And three years ago, we saw that they missed support because it was very difficult to collect art.
09:27So digital artists were a bit far away from major institutions. There were not that much collectors of digital art.
09:35So we wanted to find a new model for them to generate more revenues. And for us rent those words
09:41in spaces that were trying to enrich their experience was a very easy solution to implement.
09:50Okay. Listen, I've got a ton more questions for you, but we have no more time. So thank you very
09:54much, both of you.
09:54Thank you very much. Ladies and gentlemen, ArtPoint. Thank you.
