The film "Air" is based on the idea of a world in which humanity no longer has breathable air due to a global catastrophe. The last survivors live in underground facilities and have to supervise the people placed in cryogenic sleep, who are meant to build a new society in the future. The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic, radioactively contaminated world and is characterized by tension and claustrophobia.
