13:01this to the winner that's nice come on man that is ball that's nice so we saw that first round
13:08impressive shooting really from all eight competitors watch the bench react to damian lillard making his
13:14return look at jackson haige carter bryant look at carter bryant who's in the dump contest he's like wait a
13:18man this dude hasn't played all season long and he's giving us this kind of effort so it leads us to
13:25the rookie and the vets yeah the title and david and goliath right is he going to be able to slay
13:30the giants two guys that have won this competition before who wins i'm sticking with i got a horse
13:37you're getting the race you get it well no now i have to take booker because you guys have the other
13:41two that's kind of how this goes devin don't let me down devin no that was that was a lot of fun we
13:47we expected this competition to be this level of exactly that competition high level shooting this
13:53entire league at this point has become filled with some of the greatest shooters we've ever seen
13:58it feels like this young man is well on his way to becoming exactly that and he's going to try to stamp
14:03himself right now can if like 27 in the opening round can he do it again in the final round
14:09shooting a little clicker red she's getting it off a little quicker good start after the long layoff
14:17shooter shoot right and his form is absolutely spectacular
14:24how about exactly that point we talked about it in the first round but all three of these guys it feels
14:29like this is the teachable type of form that you want to see as you're trying to showcase what a three-point
14:34jump shooter should look like he's gonna need a strong finish because this is definitely not what
14:41he did in the first round he was more on fire he's gonna need this and he hit one of these in the first
14:45round this is where experience comes in though you have to be able to do it again and again that's what
14:50booker and lillard are known for he's gonna need a big finish on his money rack that will help and he's
14:59going to need four or five here to put some pressure on the guys that are following to get as high as 21
15:05now that'll be one
15:11and just a lackluster final round it's still a respectable score of 17 but it feels like against
15:17these two guys that's not going to be quite enough but i think the difference is obviously the long way
15:21off he had to wait and that wasn't ideal but he's shooting to shoot those guys already know a target
15:25score they're going to need to win this thing and he made a couple early got going made four of his
15:31first five and also too we will say this and you alluded to this jamal experience does matter now
15:40right you're going against two guys that are former champion here's his jumping form shoot before follow
15:46through over the three-point line and and even he knows it 17 he knows with lillard and booker i don't
15:53know if that will hold up and here comes the two-time champ now and damian lillard you mentioned a
15:58target score in their head where do you think that target score is right now i gotta let dame i think
16:03for those guys 25 25 25 and above 25 let's see if lillard can do it again he got off to a ridiculous
16:10start in the opening round and he had a fiery finish as well and his shootings in between when he shot the

23:04and he was in position that just took for a couple you know shots to rattle out uh but that's how it
23:09goes sometimes lastly you're in this event because you went to the nba and said if you need me i'll be
23:15here why are you committed to making this weekend be the best it can be um i think this weekend is
23:20about uh the fans of our league uh everybody that represent our league and the stars of the league
23:26so you know people want to see us come out here and compete they want to see us go against each
23:30other that's for three-point dunk contest um even in the game you know that's what they want to see
23:36is the players that they recognize most come out and be willing to lose be willing to compete
23:41um and i haven't been out there on the floor so this is the opportunity for me to come out and get
23:45some competition like i said um and it was fun i'm glad i did it dame time we missed it thank you

34:14welcome back to inglewood for the kia shooting stars here are the rules four teams each with two nba
34:19players and one nba legend and a designated passer one minute ten seconds to shoot from seven spots the
34:25shots made from each spot are either two three or four points and all three players have to shoot at
34:30every spot in the same order before you move on to the next one top two teams advance to the final
34:34round we'll do it all over again from there here's a look at the spot so one through seven is where
34:39their label doesn't mean that's how many points you get one two three and five are all worth two
34:44points four and six are worth three points and then that deep one the seventh spot is worth four points
34:50if you finish those first six quickly you get as much time as left on the clock to keep chucking
34:55from that seventh spot and try to add four points at a time and you got to stay in order the way you shoot
34:59the basketball and for those of you scoring at home anywhere between 27 30 is amazing yes so if you see
35:08one of these teams get a 30 that's an amazing score 27 to 30 is kind of what you're looking for
35:14and to me jamal the passer is going to be the most important thing here and some of these celebrity
