01:47But tonight, as you guys mentioned, playing fast and taking care of the basketball is the number one priority.
01:51I also think the first quarter, I mentioned it earlier, everyone except Al Horford should be attacking the paint, looking
01:59to get layups, points in the paint.
02:02And if you collapse the defense, Al Horford will be sitting out there for wide-open threes.
02:06I'd be really intentional to put pressure on the rim for the majority of the first quarter just to establish
02:13the fact that I'm going to make you guard the basketball and we're going to put pressure on that rim.

02:25How about Pajemski getting 15 rebounds in back-to-back games off the bench as a guard?

02:43It's big for your point guard to be able to come in there and rebound to help you because a

02:49So with long threes come long rebounds, and it's always important for the big to box out and for the

02:57I mean, the last game also, there were a lot of bricks, all right?
03:01A lot of guys missed a lot of shots, so it's really important that everybody comes in and gang rebounds.
03:06Tonight's going to be important for Brandon Pajemski's job is to be the attacker.
03:10You've got to initiate the offense.
03:12You've got to create easy shots, easy three-pointers.
03:14But, like, last game, if the threes aren't falling, you've got to go into the paint.
03:18This is one of the worst teams in the Memphis Grizzlies in guarding the rim.
03:21And they traded away their one rim protector in Jerry Jackson Jr.
03:25So you've got to take advantage of that.
03:27The bigs got to go in, got to get offensive rebounds.
03:29And those easy baskets sometimes will let you get easy shots on the three-point line.

03:40But, Festus, how much do you appreciate Al Horford's adult-in-the-room vibes that he brings?

03:54You can bring the guys together, like, hey, guys, let's make this adjustment.

04:00Yeah, guys at 40 years old, almost, like Al Horford,
04:02they don't usually have the impact that he's had so far on this team.
04:06His ability to knock down shots, his ability to be a voice in the locker room,
04:09their leadership presence.
04:10But also defensively, he's still incredible.
04:13He gets out there, switches on guards, moves his feet,
04:16rebounds the basketball, blocks shots.
04:18Like, Al has been a welcome sight for the Warriors.
04:21And it's really beautiful to have him back in the lineup so far.

05:10You're just throwing a bunch of guys out there, see what happens.
05:12No, you need to win some of these games.
05:14So the sense of urgency is there.

05:16When you think of meaningful,
05:18the Warriors are in this little mini tournament right now.

05:25But the difference is 7-8, win one, you're in a playoff series,

05:32seeing what the Lakers are doing, seeing what the Suns are doing.

05:37See if you can win as many games as possible.
05:40And you've got to be locked in for the whole game.
05:42You can't have a quarter where you're just having mental lapses,

06:10You're always looking for consistency as a young player in this league.
06:13You're trying to prove yourself.
06:15And when you start stacking games like this,
06:17that's when your confidence is sky high.

06:23Now you can read things better.
06:25You're at peace with your game.
06:27Now more of your entire repertoire comes out.
