00:00you think you will find Nancy Guthrie on absolutely yes I I haven't I have nothing
00:13but hope 400 cops out there there they all have hope and believe that this is a rescue mission
00:19so that implies you know that she was alive when she left that house I believe that there's nothing
00:25to suggest she wasn't this is a Fox News alert investigators are hopeful they will find Nancy
00:33Guthrie alive as they scramble to hunt for clues that could lead to her whereabouts hello everyone
00:38I'm Tommy Lahren along with Joey Jones Julie Banderas and Dr. Mark Siegel this is the second
00:43hour of the big weekend show so a major law enforcement presence was seen last night at
00:48the home two miles from Guthrie's house but no arrests were made and no one is in custody meanwhile
00:54officials continue to conduct a sweeping search of the Tucson region looking for this individual
00:59shown on camera at Guthrie's home on the night she was allegedly abducted police say the individual
01:04is approximately five foot nine to five foot ten with an average build Max Gordon is back with us
01:10live at Nancy Guthrie's home in Tucson Arizona Max what's the latest hey there Tommy well a very
01:17heavy police presence last night as the FBI and Pima County SWAT team executed that search warrant in
01:23the neighborhood just a short ways away from Nancy Guthrie's house a lot of hope that this would
01:28lead to a major break in the investigation or that we would see some sort of movement in the
01:33investigation but unfortunately no suspects are in custody at this time now this all went down very
01:40close to Nancy Guthrie's house about five minutes drive away only about two miles or so away at least
01:45two SWAT vehicles were there along with dozens of law enforcement officers the Pima County Sheriff's
01:50Department saying that no sign of Nancy Guthrie was found then in the parking lot of a nearby Culver's
01:55fast food restaurant law enforcement detained another person and searched a silver or gray colored
02:00Range Rover at this scene there were law enforcement from multiple agencies including the Pima County
02:05Sheriff's Department and the FBI law enforcement loaded the SUV up onto a flatbed and ended up taking
02:11it away meanwhile the search continues for the suspect he was caught on Nancy Guthrie's doorbell camera
02:16described as a male between 5'9 and 5'10 with an average build seen carrying a 25-liter Ozark Trail
02:23hiker pack from Walmart authorities have yet to name the suspect even as the investigation reaches the
02:28two-week mark the FBI also increasing the reward up to $100,000 for any information that leads to the
02:34arrest and conviction of a suspect or for the location of Nancy Guthrie meanwhile the Pima County Sheriff's
02:39Department says that we should expect some sort of law enforcement activity every single day
02:44as they chase down leads Tommy Max Gordon thanks so much thank you all right the FBI is working in
02:53coordination with local law enforcement in this search President Trump spoke about their involvement
02:57yesterday why hasn't the FBI taken over the Nancy Guthrie case as the lead investigator do you have any
03:06updates on how that's going well they took it over originally you know it was a local case originally and
03:11uh they didn't want to let go of it which is fine it's up to them it's really up to the community
03:16but ultimately when the FBI got involved I think uh you know progress has been made
03:21this comes amid scrutiny over the Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos is handling of the investigation
03:28a federal law enforcement official told Fox Digital that the sheriff's department is restricting
03:33FBI access to key evidence in the case but Nano says that's not true we have had a relationship with
03:40the FBI for decades that relationship isn't just a value to my department and it's not just a value to
03:46the FBI it is a value to this community and to to even suggest this sheriff would set up and say we're not
03:56giving that to that that is just ludicrous crazy that never happens we sit down at the table and discuss
04:03everything so the alleged dispute arises from two pieces of evidence found inside Guthrie's home
04:10Nanos insisted on sending evidence for testing in a private lab in Florida rather than the FBI's
04:15national crime laboratory in Quantico Virginia for more we are joined by law enforcement veteran
04:21Randy Sutton my friend Randy so we've got a high level source that's telling Fox News Digital that
04:27the FBI is still waiting for the sheriff's department's lab results out of Florida do you think
04:33the sheriff is handling this investigation appropriately in a short word no I don't what we have seen in
04:43just in his statement he contradicted himself talking about you know that he's cooperating 100% with the
04:50FBI well if that's the case why are you sending key evidence key forensic evidence that is that is
04:58essential to this case to a private lab when the FBI has the best lab you could possibly imagine and
05:06you you you don't have to then send that evidence from the first lab to them anyway if there is a
05:14prosecution it's absurd it doesn't make any sense but uh Tommy I've been on the ground here for a week
05:20I've been I've been talking to law enforcement in this area and as well as citizens and I can tell you this that of
05:28what we have seen from the conduct of the sheriff um he is he does not have the confidence of the people in uh
05:36in that are actually on the department uh there is there is uh open hostility here and um and and and the
05:44leadership uh unfortunately is seems to be an issue here Randy we can't solve this case in our
05:51conversation tonight so I'm not going to try to I want to ask you about something uh related that you
05:55just touched on because I think it's important uh we're two weeks I think to the day in this
06:00investigation into someone's mother being missing we don't know the state of if she's alive or not
06:04I would imagine there's pressure on everyone from the sheriff down to uh the the newest sheriff's
06:10deputy that has touched this case I would imagine that stress and pressure are at the highest for
06:16every single one of these individuals um how important is good leadership not just for local
06:21law enforcement but for the family that doesn't know and for the community at this moment uh with
06:26or without the fbi's involvement uh the leadership is the key um now I I have had conversations with
06:35officers these the the men and women of the pima county sheriffs are outstanding they are doing
06:40I mean literally they're working 24 7 they have called in their officers from their days off
06:45they have canceled their vacations they have even called people in uh even from from uh out of the
06:52country to come back and go to work they're working 24 7 same as the resources that the fbi has put into
06:59this is is phenomenal but at the end of the day the leadership um plays a major role here and and the
07:06stress that is going on with many of these officers I could tell you this that the wounded blue my
07:11organization is reaching out to them because there is a a true um worry here of post-traumatic stress
07:18as a result of this investigation as well Randy it's Julie Banderas so there have been multiple people
07:25who have been detained in this case um and in any investigation when you're looking for a suspect
07:29they're usually referred to as either a person of interest or a suspect or in this case detainees
07:35what is the rhyme or reason for detaining SWAT had to come in and actually help detain these
07:42individuals and they were all released within 12 hours is that typical in an investigation like this
07:46are you surprised at how many people have been quote unquote detained can you explain to us what the
07:52difference is between getting detained where we actually saw one of the drivers with handcuffs on
07:57um and being a person of interest sure thing so um there's a there's a misconception that if you
08:06have handcuffs on you're under arrest that is that is incorrect you can you can detain someone in the
08:12state of Arizona for up to 24 hours before you make a decision to arrest or not um now usually you you
08:20you anytime that there's a search warrant like the um the SWAT team in this particular case they've used
08:26the SWAT team twice now to to uh assist in the entries that's not really an unusual set of circumstances
08:33especially because we're dealing with a crime that involved an armed suspect so that's a that's a norm
08:39that's not anything unusual now when it comes down to the the number of of people who have now been
08:45detained and then released well i think it shows that that this is such an incredibly active investigation
08:51that they're following up on every lead and remember this that if if if they have a warrant that means
08:57you had to present probable cause to a judge in order to get that warrant so there had to they had
09:03to be there had to be something that gave them the ability to do that and um but you know here it is
09:11these men and women are are literally uh turning over every stone they can to try and and affect a
09:18positive result for this investigation randy this is dr siegel i appreciate you're bringing up
09:25post-traumatic stress and the issues of trying to legislate to figure out who's in charge here
09:30that's very honest and direct i really appreciate that i from the point of view of the viewer which
09:35the viewer is trying to figure out how whether a piece of evidence is important or not you know
09:40the sheriff talks about a glove that he finds two miles away and we're wondering how do you know
09:46whether that's significant or not there's a lot of gloves around there's a lot of evidence around
09:50how do we know what's being prioritized and why is it always based on dna
09:54no it's not and and in in uh in one of those one of his um interviews he basically said that
10:03uh they've recovered a lot of gloves and he doesn't know whether the the gloves that we're talking
10:09about uh that was found two miles away is significant or not there was also a rumor there was a glove
10:14found in the house now here's what here's what is important though dr siegel and that is they did
10:21refer to dna found uh in the home from an unknown source that is very very significant now my question
10:29when it comes down to this is what were the circumstances that this dna was found was there
10:36a scene in inside the residence that looked like it was a crime scene that when i say that
10:43um was there signs of a struggle we know there was blood found outside of the house was there signs
10:48of a struggle in the home was the was there um that was the bed where very probably she was taken
10:55from because it was or late late at night did that show signs of a struggle so where that dna came from
11:03is really really important to this case and remember there there's a lot we don't know about this the
11:08interior of that home and the scene that they found they've been very closed-lipped about that
11:13thank you wounded blue founder my friend randy sutton thank you so much for joining us tonight
11:21so dr siegel i asked you this question and i'm awaiting the answer here so we're talking a lot
11:27about the crime scene and we're talking about this evidence we haven't talked as much about nancy herself
11:32we know that this is an elderly woman we know that she's not super mobile we know that she needed
11:37medication we know that her pacemaker was disconnected from the phone apps doesn't mean
11:40it was disconnected but from the apps now we're in a couple weeks of this if you were to speculate
11:46from a doctor's perspective how was someone like this faring in this kind of a situation well i'm not
11:53going to speculate but i'm going to say this first of all the blood found on the porch which according
11:59to dr bodden looked like it was from the nose because it had air in it i don't understand why that
12:03wouldn't have made it a crime scene immediately right right from the get-go it's only a small
12:08amount so we're not going to assume that there's been a lot of bleeding we don't know that the
12:12pacemaker i want to put this away once and for all whether it's disconnected from a bedside monitor or
12:17from an iphone is meaningless it's got its own battery and it's likely to keep working indefinitely so
12:23that's been misreported all over the place the pacemaker is probably fine in terms of your other
12:29question about medication it's really depends on what it's for how how bad is the high blood
12:35pressure what is the heart disease issue we don't have the answers to that i want to point out
12:39that hypertension is a silent killer and plenty of people go for weeks not taking the medicines i
12:44want them to take and they survive but she's 84 and she's fragile so that's the kind of answers i need
12:51to know what was the blood pressure medicine for and how bad was her condition because the family had
12:55said early on that she needs this medication it's a matter of life and death and they originally said
12:59something like 24 hours she needs this medication and i take that seriously how what how bad is the
13:05underlying condition how bad is the heart disease right well all things that we don't know but uh you
13:09know obviously we're still praying for nancy a miracle recovery if she comes back and and we hope
13:15that she is and we're still definitely holding out hope for that as i'm sure the family is and speaking
13:19of the family joey last weekend we got a series of videos over the week and the weekend from the
13:24guthrie family and it was pleased for information once the doorbell camera footage came out we had
13:30savannah posting another video saying here this is the video please send in tips we haven't heard from
13:35the family in a few days i don't know if we make anything of that if they're just completely turning
13:39it over to law enforcement but we're not getting much from them from the last few days yeah i think
13:44the last video that savannah put out kind of showed you where they were and i don't think that's changed
13:48a whole lot that or has changed a whole lot and they don't need to put more videos out i think that um
13:54what we saw and the question i would have if i had a chance to talk to one of them which i mean
13:58there's a million and one reasons why i shouldn't be able to is have they shifted who they're taking
14:03advice from like who are they seeking counsel from was originally local law enforcement now they're
14:08seeking counsel from the fbi is it both are they on the same page have they shifted their strategy based
14:13on that i would imagine and what i think is that uh these two investigations local law enforcement fbi
14:19could could look very different and go in different directions and advise even the the
14:23guthries differently not to say one's better than the other it's just a different perspective that's
14:27why you want that other perspective there uh it disheartens me to hear that maybe they're not
14:32getting along but the reason why i asked the question i did uh of the former police chief or the former
14:37police officer was basically not getting along might be a result of we've been at this for 14 days we
14:43haven't slept i don't get along with my best friend in that situation it doesn't mean we're not
14:47working towards the same end and i don't want to sit here and belittle or diminish the hard work
14:52being done by the local sheriff's office even the sheriff himself because i don't know what i don't know
14:57and my belief is everyone is working towards getting this woman home safely and solving this case
15:02absolutely julie what role does celebrity play in this you've been at this for a long time you've
15:07covered a lot of cases you also covered a lot of celebrities and this is joining the two there's a
15:12lot of discussion about savannah herself of course being a media personality how does that change the
15:18way that this is covered we wouldn't be covering it i mean not after two weeks if it wasn't a
15:22celebrity's mom that was missing let's be honest i mean i just don't think that it would have the
15:27interest and then there's the burnout you know of the coverage but from the very beginning you know my
15:33heart has broken for savannah guthrie i i've reached out to her personally i am just horrified at her
15:41i literally have thought about this every single minute every single day i can't sleep at night and
15:46i'm not family so i mean yeah it wouldn't get the coverage but i'm not saying it's a bad thing it's
15:51getting coverage we would only hope that all the missing people in this world and in this country would
15:57be getting this kind of coverage but nonetheless it does not take away of the tragedy um being that
16:01she's 84 years old i have an 80 some year old mom i'm not going to give her age away she'll kill me
16:06but i mean it's just heartbreaking no she is she's one of your patients actually but i mean she it's
16:11just so heartbreaking to see one thing i have to just comment on is the release of the ransom notes
16:17just the fact that any news media outlet even talked about receiving ransom notes has gotten to
16:24where we are today ransom notes are sent to family members who then pay ransoms they're not sent to media
16:30had they never been sent to media we would have never been talking about ransom notes and then
16:34all of these false positives or all this false hope that's been given to the family wouldn't exist
16:38today if it weren't for those media outlets i say they should not have become part of the story that
16:43is the part that is probably the most disturbing to me right now well we're continuing to coverage
16:48cover the search for nancy guthrie we're going to bring you any breaking developments as they unfold
16:54and coming up democrats shut down dhs after demanding a drastic overhaul of ice congressman
17:00mike lawlor joins us to break down the negotiations and explain the path to get our homeland security
17:05up and running again
17:19the department homeland security is in a shutdown thanks to democrats refusal to support a funding bill
17:36unless drastic changes were made to cripple ice now they're trying to pin the blame on republicans
17:43donald trump and republicans have decided that they have zero interest in getting ice under control
17:52dramatic changes are needed at the department of homeland security in terms of ice and cbp absent that
18:01republicans have decided to shut down parts of the federal government once again yeah now thanks
18:09the democrats many employees in agencies such as fema the tsa and the secret service will likely
18:14be forced to work without pay joining us now for tonight's big close-up is new york congressman
18:19mike lawlor uh congressman thanks for joining us uh listen we've seen this go back and forth several
18:24times now i my presumption is this bill somehow comes back to the house i think generally speaking
18:30the republicans in the senate are more likely to give concessions than a consensus of republicans in the
18:36house if it comes back to the house with some of these 10 things democrats are asking for
18:42what what would would we see do you think the speaker would take this bill up leveraging democrat
18:48votes to get it passed with some of those concessions in it
18:53well first uh much like the shutdown uh on october 1st democrats continue to gaslight the nation
19:01blaming republicans house republicans passed uh all 12 appropriations bills uh before uh january 30th
19:12and you know kicked it over to the senate and obviously uh the senate ultimately could not agree
19:18on homeland security and sent back the remainder of the bills plus a cr we worked uh over these past uh
19:25you know 10 days to come to an agreement unfortunately uh the senate uh could not reach an agreement
19:31with the white house uh these negotiations need to continue in earnest uh i have never voted for
19:38a government shutdown and i never will and when you look at the situation here obviously between tsa
19:46fema the coast guard secret service among other agencies uh it's absolutely absurd uh to shut the
19:54government down uh we can negotiate policy differences we can uh talk about what needs to
20:01change uh with respect to tactics employed by ice but shutting the government down is not the
20:07solution it never has been and it never will be understand i just want to make sure you uh understand
20:12the question do you think there's a world where this comes back to you guys having many moderate
20:18republicans in the senate agree to these concessions and then you're you're looking at mike johnson saying
20:24our conference isn't very well held together most of the time anyway i mean kevin mccarthy lost his job
20:28over a situation like this is there is there a world where mike johnson makes a deal with the house
20:34democrats to get this passed well obviously there's going to have to be bipartisan agreement in the
20:41senate which will result in bipartisan agreement in the house the white house is fully engaged in these
20:47negotiations so anything that passes the senate uh is very likely to have the white house blessing if
20:53it's getting to 60 votes fair enough uh and so ultimately you know anything that comes back to
20:59the house uh will have broad bipartisan support fair enough thank you yeah concessions 10 to 20
21:05million people across the border in four years feels like a big concession already uh congressman lawler
21:10as congress debates dhs funding president trump is pushing to eliminate sanctuary cities watch this
21:16lindsey graham is really hot on getting rid of sanctuary cities i'm backing them a hundred percent we got to
21:24do it sanctuary cities are only good for people it's sanctuary for criminals okay they are protecting
21:30criminals those states could hand those people over to us their crime would go down but they're
21:36sanctuaries for criminals they have the word they have killers they have drug lords they have
21:41they have trendy aragua all over the place so this comes as dhs just arrested a criminal illegal alien
21:47child predator who was released on bail in portland because of the city's sanctuary policies so now
21:53democrats in your suburban new york district are calling for legislation that would end cooperation
21:59with ice congressman lawler how do you plan to combat this
22:03well first the president is a thousand percent correct this is an important point sanctuary cities
22:12do not make our communities uh more safe in fact they make us less safe and they restrict the ability
22:20of local law enforcement and state law enforcement to cooperate with federal law enforcement agencies
22:26what happened in minneapolis was entirely preventable if the minneapolis police department was able to
22:32engage in things like crowd control and traffic control which seemingly now they're finally doing
22:39but had they done it during the month of january uh neither uh you know nicole good or alex preddy
22:46would have been interacting with ice officials so that is an important point secondarily uh you just
22:54mentioned rockland county just north of new york city that's my home county that's where i live one of my
23:00opponents beth davidson uh is seeking to run on this platform she wants to make rockland county
23:07a sanctuary county i have worked tirelessly to kill this bill uh in the county legislature uh getting
23:14law enforcement and a bipartisan group of local elected officials to oppose it uh and we have been
23:20successful thus far in in stopping it uh but i will not relent until this is officially dead uh on arrival
23:28we cannot allow local jurisdictions uh to circumvent federal law and restrict the ability of local
23:35law enforcement to cooperate with federal law enforcement agencies and the last point i'd make
23:41because a lot of them try to hide behind oh no we'll cooperate on crimes we'll cooperate on federal
23:46judicial warrants most crimes are committed under state law and the fact is they don't cooperate when it
23:54comes to state crimes and they prevent local law enforcement from cooperating on detainer orders that
24:01are issued especially when somebody commits a state crime and in new york or portland oregon for instance
24:08where you have these disastrous cashless bail laws releasing criminals hardened criminals back out onto
24:14the streets it's a major problem so i will fight tooth and nail against sanctuary cities the president is
24:20correct we need to kill them congressman lawlor you uh have been doing a lot to on the behalf of
24:27bipartisanship lately you had an op-ed in the new york times about how approach to ice should be bipartisan
24:33you voted for the save america act this week which just narrowly passed the house even as democrats
24:39like jasmine crockett call the bill voter suppression wrapped in a lie but if the act act is not expected to
24:45pass the senate and now president trump is considering an executive order to require
24:50voter id the question is how do republicans get this bill over the finish line how do you maybe
24:55even get democrats on board which seems absolutely impossible again with with the idea of bipartisanship
25:02when several states have even voted for this kind of a thing what's going on
25:08look these are 80 20 90 10 issues uh the vast majority of americans agree that only citizens should
25:17be allowed to vote in our elections and that people should have to present in a valid photo id to vote
25:25the bill simply would require that it allows states to determine what documents can be utilized to prove
25:33citizenship as well as obviously to obtain a real id or a photo id but this is something that the vast
25:42majority of americans agree upon the only reason democrats oppose it is because they think somehow
25:48it's going to cost them an election uh and the question would be why in a state like new york
25:55where new york city democrats tried uh in earnest to allow illegal immigrants to vote in elections we
26:02fought back we sued and we won uh just a year ago in the new york state court of appeals so uh we are
26:09fighting tooth and nail to ensure the integrity of our elections and require citizenship and photo id
26:16of course mike lawler thank you for joining us tonight thanks for your in-depth answers we really
26:20appreciate it thank you appreciate it all right ahead on the big weekend show governor tim walls is
26:27demanding the federal government pay you for the destruction caused by anti-ice agitators the first
26:32gavin newsome and aoc audition to be president at the munich security conference we're going to show you how
26:37how that went next
26:54governor gavin newsome and congresswoman alexandria ocasio-cortez traveled to munich this week for a
27:00security conference and both of the potential 2028 candidates looked to sound presidential ahead of what
27:06is likely to be a competitive primary race sound presidential newsome spent much of his time
27:12though attacking president trump donald trump is doubling down on stupid never in the history of
27:19the united states of america has there been a more destructive president than the current occupant in
27:24the white house i hope if there's nothing else i can communicate today donald trump is temporary
27:30he'll be gone in three years the president united states you saw the racist tropes he put out
27:40newsome also highlighted key differences with the president especially on climate and energy policies
27:47he's trying to recreate the 19th century he's quite literally reopening coal plants in the united states
27:52of america it is code red in terms of american leadership in this space low carbon green growth
28:00we've reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 21 percent we're showing up but we're also showing
28:06what can be accomplished the power of emulation we are in the great implementation in my state
28:12meanwhile aoc took a page from newsome's book launching into a tirade against president trump and of
28:19course the mega movement extreme levels of income inequality lead to social instability and drives in
28:27a sense in authoritarianism right-wing populism they are looking to to withdraw the united states from
28:35the entire world so that we can turn into an age of authoritarianism that can carve out the world where
28:43donald trump can command the western hemisphere and latin america but when it came time to clearly
28:50articulate her stance on a critical foreign policy issue she came across as less than presidential even
28:56less presidential than kamala harris would and should the u.s actually commit u.s troops to defend taiwan
29:04if china were to move um you know i think that uh this is such a uh you know i i think that this is a um
29:19this is of course a uh a very long-standing um policy of the united states uh and i think what we are
29:28hoping for is that we want to make sure that we never get to that point oh my god that made me
29:36do you remember that beauty pageant where the girl was asked a question about the maps yes americans
29:41don't have maps that was so awesome anyway that reminded me of a beauty pageant that girl
29:48was much smarter than aoc yeah she was we're finding someone almost as dumb as kamala harris and yes
29:55i mean that again this is what happens when you have people like aoc who have never been challenged
30:00or never really debated they're in a deep blue district that they're gonna win right and they're
30:05not challenged on their ideas even by other democrats and then you put them on the world stage
30:09and they sound like that there is absolutely zero depth there it is so easy to go on tick tock and say
30:14free things for everybody and free palestine and have to show and prove no depth whatsoever aoc made a
30:21huge mistake putting herself in that position because now you see just how shallow that bond is
30:25and it's almost as shallow as kamala's yeah no it absolutely is i mean joey when i want to just talk
30:31about newsom for a second because you know he wants to act presidential you have to act as in like
30:37actually show us that you can be presidential meaning being a positive leader if you look at the
30:42state of california it reflects directly on governor newsom who has taken zero blame whatsoever zero
30:48responsibility and yet he's criticizing the president who has actually shown us what he
30:52can do as president what has newsom shown us lately uh so what they were doing there they were they were
30:57for lack of a better term kind of engagement and donor farming right they were hoping to get one
31:01sound bite that would play on the on the networks that showed them being tough that would make them
31:06look strong here at home and then they were hoping to get money and support from the globalists that's
31:10why they were there that that was their mission uh i got one thing to say to gavin newsom
31:15donald trump is absolutely temporary i'm temporary you're temporary we're here for a finite amount
31:20of time america first is not temporary the effect of donald trump on this country is not temporary and
31:28that should be the scariest thing in the world to democrats to think there might be somebody out there
31:33who could carry the policies and the strength that donald trump has created among americans a majority
31:40of americans and not have the bags that they've assigned to donald trump because he lived this
31:46colorful life for decades before he entered into public office that should be so scary to democrats
31:52sitting there saying something as as naive as donald trump is temporary donald trump knows donald trump
31:58is temporary why do you think he's at it again why do you think he wanted a second term why do you think
32:03it's so important to him to leave a legacy that changes this country back in the direction it went for so long
32:09and was so prosperous to think that donald trump is temporary as a negative thing for uh for republicans
32:15or a positive thing for democrats that might show the lack of political acumen that gavin newsom has
32:20more than anything i've seen i think californians would agree they're very happy that newsom is
32:24temporary i mean really he should actually look at himself because people from the state of california
32:29can't wait for him to get out of there and in fact for the very first time in many decades
32:33a republican could potentially take his spot why because he has failed so miserably and here's why and he's
32:38talking about climate change what about wildfire smoke 24 to 40 000 preventable deaths have occurred
32:45on his watch 70 increase of cardiac arrests for people exposed to wildfire smoke what about the
32:51homeless problem in san francisco and los angeles he's not taking credit for that he's bragging about
32:55his record by the way one final thing aoc that cognitive slip was worse than biden i guess i guess
33:02it isn't all related to age no it doesn't no it's related to intelligence doctor it's related to
33:08intelligence all right coming up on the big weekend show a beauty pageant speaking of winner is refusing
33:14to compete in miss america because of a new policy you're not going to believe this it will allow men
33:21in the competition i mean you have to have the corrective surgery first but then you're in
33:25uh but first dna was found in nancy guthrie's home that did not belong to her we're going to check
33:31back in with our team on the ground in tucson for the very latest details for you next
33:38alert investigators have been combing through every inch of nancy guthrie's home
33:43looking for the clues that could lead to her whereabouts sheriff chris nanos they found some dna evidence
33:50do you believe you found the dna of the perpetrator inside the house do you believe that at this
34:00point what i believe is what i know is we found dna and it was not nancy guthrie's dna that was not
34:07nancy guthrie's dna so we'll still work with that and we're working with our lab on that
34:13max gordon is back with us live at nancy guthrie's home in tucson arizona max
34:18do we have any information on other evidence officials may have collected
34:24yeah you know it's been two weeks since nancy guthrie went missing and law enforcement officers
34:29have been combing through the house and also the surrounding area really focusing on a two mile
34:35radius uh you know there's a number of pieces of important evidence there is a glove that was found
34:41about two miles away that's been sent to a lab for testing uh there's also that dna evidence that
34:46was found inside the home and then of course there is the doorbell camera footage of the suspect
34:53showing that suspect between 5 9 and 5 10 average build but unfortunately he was wearing a ski mask
34:59covered up so not a ton of identifying features but a number of pieces of important evidence that
35:05law enforcement is looking at and then of course there's also the evidence that law enforcement
35:09hasn't told us about there are a lot of questions to what law enforcement actually has right now and
35:15they're under no obligation to tell us members of the media about sensitive pieces of information
35:19that maybe tip off or that might tip off the suspect here certainly so max you've been there for quite
35:26a while you and of course a lot of other fox news correspondents on the ground for a couple of weeks
35:31now i can imagine that the neighborhood and and the neighbors they have to be a bit tense and anxious
35:36at this point not only because of the massive police presence but also the massive media presence
35:42have you had a chance to interact at all with any of the neighbors and what is i guess their reaction
35:47what's their demeanor like yeah that's a fantastic question we've seen neighbors come here to nancy
35:53guthrie's house to drop off flowers notes of encouragement or just simply to pray people have
35:59been tying yellow ribbons around cacti and trees you know there is a little bit of frustration from
36:06neighbors in the in this area uh for the massive media presence uh because you know we are um a burden
36:13uh you know you have members of the media from all over the country from locally here uh this entire
36:18road is jam-packed with uh cameras and reporters doing their stand-ups here so it's definitely a burden
36:25on the neighborhood i think a lot of folks move to this area because it is relatively quiet relatively
36:31secluded uh but unfortunately it's that seclusion that is proving to be difficult in this case because
36:37well you know the suspect was able to come into nancy guthrie's home and and do so uh without folks
36:43knowing max we saw that the fbi up the uh the reward from i believe fifty thousand to a hundred thousand
36:50dollars uh i would imagine doubling the reward like that would would probably result in a tremendous
36:56influx of tips and calls coming in to sort through who fields those calls and is that a decision you
37:04have to make in conjunction with local law enforcement because you're gonna have to have so many more
37:09resources positioned towards fielding those calls and going out and looking for the yeah yeah absolutely
37:17you know it's both uh a positive and a negative that the fbi and local law enforcement are receiving
37:23thousands of tips because you know it's good that people are sending in what they know but at the
37:27same time they have to sort through all of these tips and figure out what's credible and what is not
37:34gordon thank you for your terrific reporting we appreciate it thank you sweet financial advice
37:43dating recession and medieval love on valentine's day don't go anywhere a special valentine's edition of

39:28are trapped in a dating recession and social media is torn on what's causing all the broken hearts
39:34i think part of it is money people cannot afford to date men are getting tired of putting in all the
39:39effort for almost zero return dating apps are literally the demise of dating culture in our
39:46generation the men don't know how to approach women and the women don't know how to be approached by men
39:52so dr siegel there you know there could be some science behind this right gen z they don't want
39:57to go out and date they're fed up with dating what are the implications of this long term the irony
40:03here is it's actually social media that's causing it and those clips were on social media it's because
40:07people don't connect on a daily basis because they're looking at virtual realities in the next
40:12hour we're going to talk about how warm artificial intelligence robots replace human beings i think
40:18we got to go back in time to where we talk to each other i'm glad you brought that up because this
40:24is kind of similar to that finally singles are ditching those dating apps they're heading straight
40:29back in time to the castle hundreds of women are swarming to the medieval times restaurant to find
40:34love and real life knights in shining armor i'm gonna get a rose and i'm gonna find my key
40:41that's a meaner night he threw a flower for me guys like
40:45some hot ass nights too oh my god they were so cute
40:56so joey i think women used to go to magic mike or chippendales now they're going to the medieval
41:00times i love every minute of it a couple things here number one this is like uh if you've never
41:05been to a medieval times which i've been to several uh these are nerds who got like a jolt of testosterone
41:10and decided to ride a horse instead of play a video game so i like the idea like there's probably
41:14layers of that guy on the back of that horse it might be a pretty cool deal for them listen whatever
41:18it takes all right still ahead governor tim walls is demanding the federal government pay for any
41:22damage caused by the rioters he incited but first media outlets are really
