A corner unit of a row of shophouses in Jalan Pahlawan, Sibu, collapsed at about 2.30am on Friday (Feb 13).

Sibu Municipal Council chairman Clarence Ting advised the public to stay away from the shophouses, warning that the structure remains unstable and poses a safety risk.
