00:00Customer trust is one of the key aspects of building a brand and so there are a
00:06number of key mechanisms in which you can try and build trust and the main
00:10one is certainly through social media through communication and how we engage
00:13with our customers so we do that through farmers markets we do that through
00:16social media but hearing their voices and creating a story with them there's
00:24a lot of interest from consumers on who their farmer is where their food comes
00:29from we heard that in some of the speakers today about how how engaged they
00:33are they just don't know enough about what we do so key key to building a
00:37brand especially in the dairy and value adding is to to reach those customers
00:41tell those stories and and communicate what what the challenges not just what
00:46is great about what we do so that'll be the main thing you don't supply to the
00:52majors you only supply to independence what's the reason behind that it's
00:56twofold first one is that we just don't have the scale that the big big farm
01:02producers have and and the big factories we're a single origin and we chose to be
01:07single origin i wanted to showcase to my community that farms can survive without
01:13growing and continually growing in terms of more land and getting bigger and
01:17bigger we just wanted to focus on a small farm and show that we can support our
01:22family not just our family but all our staffs families on that small farm so
01:25that's that's the second reason
