00:19I'm Vanessa and the dodo asked me to share my dog Poppy's ultimate pet routine
00:24and that's getting tucked into bed every night with her silk sleep mask.
00:27Poppy always tells me when it's bedtime.
00:30She'll stare me down until I give her attention.
00:32Do you need mommy to tuck you in?
00:37And she never starts her nighttime routine without her iPad.
00:41I will get it.
00:44Then she leads me to the bedroom,
00:47hops on the bed,
00:50does three twirls,
00:53and sits down.
00:54Finally, she gives me the biggest yawn.
00:58And it's not a Poppy routine until she gets her eye mask.
01:01How are you so beautiful?
01:04Then I get her set up for tablet time.
01:07Look at you.
01:08You're an angel.
01:11And sometimes even give her a little snack.
01:15Then it's lights out.
01:16Poppy is not a fan of change.
01:22If daddy is ever in her spot,
01:24she will impatiently wait until he gets up.
01:28And then she immediately takes his place.
01:32Tucking Poppy in is my favorite part of the day.
01:34She is my special girl and my soul dog.
01:36And I would not have it any other way.
