00:14has declared a red alert and has also requested solidarity aid from October 1st 2025 to the

00:21present day more than 852,000 people have been affected 291 have been injured and at least

00:2911 are missing as a result of the weather conditions which have also caused damage to

00:35infrastructure and interruptions to essential services the authorities expect the rainy season

00:41to end in March of this year
