00:09Hi ladies!
00:10Hi!
00:11Thank you so much for talking to us today!
00:13Thank you so much!
00:14The new album is called Metal Fourth.
00:17What can you tell us about the title of the new album?
00:20What does it mean?
00:21The Metal Fourth means it represents the future of metal
00:26as envisioned by Babymetal.
00:30Can you tell us about some of the concepts of the new album?
00:34The concept is many of the songs were created with the artists
00:38we became friends with or admire.
00:41They are also expected to lead the future metal scene
00:45and I hope to push the limit of metal music
00:49by teaming up with those wonderful artists.
00:53And this is your first album with Momo Metal.
00:56So what was it like working with her
00:59and working as this three piece for the first time?
01:03This album is a perfect reflection of who we are now.
01:09And I'm just really happy with how it turned out.
01:14There are so many guests and collaborations on this album.
01:17Swords to Prevail, Bloody Wood, Tom Morello.
01:21Can you talk about why it was so important to get so many people on the new album?
01:26So we didn't collaborate with many artists
01:29because to expand the potential of Babymetal,
01:32we decided to collaborate with various artists on this album.
01:37So it turned out to be an album with a lot of variety.
01:41Do you have a favourite collaboration on the new album?
01:44Oh wow, it's a really difficult question.
01:48Because I love every song.
01:50But I love Slaughter to Prevail, Song 3.
01:55Yeah, that's a really great collaboration I think.
01:58What collaboration surprised you the most?
02:01My favourite, no, my surprise collaboration is
02:06Jordan Fish, From Me To You.
02:08I was so happy to work with Jordan Fish again.
02:23So he, you know, he's a former member of Bringing Me The Horizon.
02:29So recently I saw him.
02:32Maybe Paul on the show?
02:35Yeah, Paul on the show. He was doing great.
02:39And obviously the new album comes out later in the summer.
