00:00This is part two of our ongoing UFO series. UFOs are real burgeoning and not
00:05going away. The first film is right here on YouTube and it's for free, so you can
00:10check that out. The second film, which you're about to see, is also free on
00:13YouTube. All I would ask is that you pass it forward. Folks, we are, it's coming
00:19down so fast that it's hard for me to keep up with it, seriously. And we are
00:24now in the sixth rung of the disclosure ladder, and I'll get into that a little
00:28bit later in the film, you'll see that. First off, we interview Francisco Carrera.
00:33Francisco was our guide in Portugal, and then of course later on when we toured
00:38all through Europe, looking and filming at megalithic sites. Francisco is head of
00:43ExoPolitics in Portugal. What he brings to the table in this one-on-one
00:48interview, which happened a couple of years ago, is an insight that few people
00:52gain unless they're immersed in the phenomena, and Francisco is such a
00:57person. Our second mainstay in the film is Preston Dennett. Preston Dennett is an
01:02author, researcher, perhaps best known for his work, UFOs over Topanga Canyon.
01:09Groundbreaking material. Topanga Canyon is about a half an hour from where I'm
01:13sitting right now. There was an unbelievable flap right over Topanga Canyon. I
01:18remember one story where the entire car was lifted off the ground. We've heard all
01:23this before. Folks, UFOs are real, burgeoning, not going away. This is the
01:28coming Great Deception. This is part two. All I would ask once again is that you pass
01:33it forward.
02:03In 1947, we go to the Roswell crash, which allegedly happened, and it's funny how the military has
02:21written, about every ten years they write, you know, Roswell case closed, and it was a weather balloon, and crash test tummies, and they constantly are kind of reworking their script because they know it's bogus, and I think they know it's bogus.
02:33But, you know, Stanton Freeman brought that to light as well as others. I remember sitting down with Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr., who was a small boy around 11 or 12 at the time when all this happened, and he told me his father came in with a box of parts wreckage debris and set it on the kitchen table and woke up his mother and himself, Jesse Marcel Jr., took them down, showed them this, and said, what you're seeing you may never see again. This is from a craft from another world.
03:03He never backed off his story until his death. The Marcel's were ridiculed. When I sat down with Jesse Marcel Jr., we had a, it was a one-on-one interview, but then I wrote a series of questions which he replied to, you know, by computer, and that serves as the basis for the interview.
03:22So, you know, Roswell has been, to some people, like the Holy Grail. To others, it was a weather balloon. What say you?
03:31Well, weather balloon, I think that's nonsense. It was the 509 cavalry. They were highly trained officers. They had a high clearance. They dealt with the expense of the H-bomb, the atomic bomb.
03:55They were the ones that deployed the tests for the atomic bomb. And they would send weather balloons every day, almost every day. So they knew what a weather balloon looks like.
04:06Exactly. The crash test dummies, also Stanton Friedman talked about it in the sense that they only were invented or put into practice in 53. So 47 is still a long way.
04:18Unless they had a time machine. Exactly. The crash test dummies, they're not going to work.
04:21So, any idea, any rebuke, it's, it's nonsense. And why, why would high patent military generals would be so worried about what happened?
04:36I mean, if it was a weather balloon, why, why keep, why keep writing a new book every five or ten years or something?
04:41Exactly. But why bother high ranking generals to, I mean, just call, it's a weather balloon, okay. There would, there would be teams that would dealt with it. And that's it about having all those people worry about it.
04:56Yeah, it doesn't make any sense. No, this woman came up to us at a conference and told us that her father was ex Navy SEAL. In fact, was one of the early SEAL teams, whatever.
05:05And, you know, it's a type of a story which you can't vet, obviously. He will come on the record because of clearances and all this other stuff.
05:13But apparently he told her the story. They had just got back from a mission and they were dispatched to an area in the Four Corners region where the crash disc was.
05:24And when they got there, they were led to the disc. They peered into it. They were dead alien bodies within the craft.
05:31And then they set up a perimeter and the retrieval came in and all this stuff.
05:34So Jackie Gleason makes a statement that he actually viewed dead aliens.
05:40The statement is what, 55 years ago, something like that. So it's in, it's in maybe the mid sixties, whatever.
05:47The bottom line is this, is he lying or telling the truth?
05:52With everything that we know, I believe that Gleason's statement is absolutely 100% factual.
05:59How do I know this? Gleason and Nixon were pals.
06:04And I believe that Nixon showed Gleason what was really going on because Gleason had an interest in UFOs.
06:11He saw them.
06:12So, look, folks, you get a statement like this that happens decades ago.
06:17And now, our government is telling us that they have in their possession off-world vehicles.
06:27So the bottom line is this.
06:30Our government has deliberately obfuscated the truth for decades and decades.
06:36For year after year after year.
06:38With bogus books like, Roswell, case closed.
06:41They just make stuff up.
06:42Roswell will never be closed until they actually pony up and show us the actual crash wreckage from the Roswell site.
06:50And the video that they took.
06:52We know that all that exists.
06:54And maybe, maybe that's another rung on the disclosure ladder.
06:58I'm going to jump forward because all this is in the past.
07:03I'm going to jump forward to what Luis Elizondo said on Tucker Carlson just a short while back.
07:10And Tucker asked, and to me it was a staged question.
07:13It was set up because, you know, Elizondo feigns this like, well, I can't do that nonsense.
07:19Of course you can do it.
07:19That's why you're there.
07:21I think he's one of the guys that is sort of bringing about disclosure to the people at large.
07:27But Tucker Carlson asked Luis Elizondo, does the United States government have debris from crash UFOs?
07:35And Elizondo replies, yes.
07:38But quickly sum it up for us.
07:40Why do you think this material might be connected to UFOs?
07:43Well, without getting to a lot of detail right now, because it's, frankly, it's too speculative for me at this point to say why I think something.
07:51At the end of the day, it's going to be what the analysis tells us.
07:54And if you have, for example, interesting isotopic ratios that are not normally found, let's say, on this planet, then you have to scratch your head and either A, it's been engineered that way, or B, it came from somewhere else.
08:05And ultimately, that's what we're trying to find out.
08:07So these are materials brought to you by people who say this is at the site of a UFO incident or a crash?
08:13In some cases, yes.
08:14Again, unfortunately, I can't elaborate too much with some of these individuals.
08:17We do have non-disclosure agreements, but it's from various sources, both private and governmental.
08:24It goes without saying, I hope that you'll come back as you get to the bottom of this.
08:28We remain skeptical but open-minded on this and all things.

08:33Off-world vehicles.
08:35And that ties into Bob Lazar, which goes way back to Area 51 in the 90s.
08:40And he was scoffed at and laughed at.
08:42I remember showing the video to my family.
08:45Well, that's interesting, but, you know, you have really no proof.
08:48And yet now it's off-world vehicles in their possession, Bob Lazar, Area 51, the sports model.
08:56What do you think?
08:56Yeah, I've always supported Bob Lazar.
08:58I have too.
08:59Because he's not the only guy.
09:01He was the front man, sort of.
09:04I've talked to George Knapp, who really did the research with Lazar.
09:08And very sincere.
09:12Very much so.
09:13And very truthful.
09:14I mean, they're not, you can tell by their, and you know, you've done enough interviews,
09:19their body language, where they look at you in the eye, the whole thing,
09:22that they're, whatever they're saying, they believe it's true.
09:25Yeah.
09:26And there were so many other whistleblowers saying the same exact thing.
09:30Talk to experiences.
09:32People who've been inside these fracks.
09:34Right.
09:34And one guy, I remember distinctly, who had, you know, a bunch of experiences in his home
09:39in Utah, said what he saw was exactly what Bob Lazar described.
09:44Wow.
09:45And that's how he knew Bob Lazar was real, because the craft that he was taking on board
09:49was exactly, um, described what Bob Lazar said.
09:53I thought that was interesting.
09:54Very interesting.
09:55I think he's absolutely right about it, and I'm glad to see him finally being vindicated.
10:05Uh, and I think we're going to see more.
10:07What amazes me about this is on national TV, he sort of spills the beans and says,
10:14yes, they have debris from crash UFOs in their possession, and they murder people.
10:18Nobody cares.
10:19Nobody cares.
10:20It's like Flatline.
10:21I figured, well, that's it.
10:22My phone's going to start ringing.
10:23People will email me.
10:25I mean, I had some people email me.
10:27A couple of people call.
10:28But it's not like this avalanche of, oh my gosh, what's going on?
10:31No, uh, mainstream doesn't care.
10:33They don't care.
10:34Only the fanatics.
10:35Luis Elizondo stating that the United States had in his possession wreckage from crashed UFOs.
10:46Now, you're a researcher.
10:47I'm a researcher.
10:48I believe Roswell was not a weather balloon, especially after interviewing Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr.
10:55Your thoughts?
10:56Yeah, I also talked to Marcel shortly before he passed away.
11:00Right, senior.
11:01And, uh, he was very convincing.
11:03Very convincing.
11:04So, I've got all the books on Roswell, not all, because there's like 50.
11:08Seriously, that is the main event.
11:10And I'm absolutely convinced that it was a valid event, not a weather balloon.
11:16And it was really interesting to see the Air Force try to backpedal around the bodies.
11:22You know, they said they're dummies.
11:24But there were no dummies at that time.
11:2647, no crash.
11:27And that, thanks, the late Dr. Freeman, you know, proved that.
11:31Right.
11:32Yeah.
11:32They did the research on that.
11:33It was small details.
11:35So, yeah, the whole Roswell case is huge.
11:37And to hear the Pentagon saying, using that term, otherworldly vehicles, was thrilling.
11:42Where do you think the next step is?
11:44Where do you think the next...
11:45I'm worried about the next step.
11:47The next run on the ladder, as of course.
11:48Yeah.
11:49Because, clearly, the narrative is about the threat.
11:55Not a potential threat.
11:57A threat.
11:58Okay.
11:58So, everything is set to be responding to a threat.
12:04They are giving examples of, like, in Italy, where this UFO took down a helicopter, for example, as a threat.
12:17But, also, a village that suffered some burning in the house, like much in Brazil in the 1970s.
12:26Yeah, in the 70s.
12:26Right.
12:26And, so, again, it's a threat.
12:30The idea of the pilots don't know how to address or behave in the presence of those highly advanced vehicles, also considered...
12:43I know you've seen the clip, I've seen the clip, I forget the date, but it's an older clip.
12:48They're firing an intercontinental ballistic missile.
12:51Yeah.
12:52That's in...
12:53In 64.
12:56And it's in the States.
12:57In the States.
12:58So, this thing is moving.
12:59All of a sudden, you get a UFO going like this around it.
13:03That's unbelievable.
13:05That was...
13:06Captain, I guess, it was Captain Robert Jacobs.
13:10He was the head of that...
13:16He's a PhD.
13:17He's a professor.
13:18He was ordered to film the launch of a missile with a nuclear warhead.
13:29And they filmed it all through all the steps.
13:32And the next day, but he couldn't, with his naked eye, couldn't see the ultimate part of the atmosphere.
13:38The next day, he was ordered to be, to address the commander in the base.
13:47And they put the clip on.
13:50And what we see, what he describes, was the missile going like up.
13:56And there comes a UFO.
13:58And this is all traveling like thousands of miles per hour.
14:00And it shows up here.
14:03It sets a beam to the warhead.
14:08Here, here.
14:09But always like this.
14:11And the missile goes down.
14:13And he said he was asked not to talk about it in any way.
14:18And, like, it never happened.
14:21And some, two guys with civilian clothes took the film.
14:25And left the room.
14:25You know, we hear this over and over and over again.
14:27It just, it seems like, and we've talked about this off the record, it almost seems like the old guard that were alive in the days of Roswell.
14:36And maybe their direct underlings that were coming up through the ranks.
14:42All those people are gone.
14:43They're no longer in charge.
14:44Or many of those people were gone.
14:46Yeah, well, they were, they had strict rules.
14:51Right.
14:51But those rules are changing.
14:54Yeah, eventually, well, this has a set, like, 20 years, 25 years.
14:58So, when it's done, they started talking, most of them.
15:04And eventually, they know that, well, they are no longer inactive.
15:07So, they will be less confronted with their colleagues.
15:11Same thing happens in Portugal, I guess.
15:16But it's interesting that in Portugal, it's completely, it's like a different reality.
15:22You see, in the States, there's the cover-up.
15:25Even my colleague, Robert Fleishon, in Germany, there's, it's like taboo.
15:30You don't talk about it.
15:31He knew, at a certain point, that the government, the Bundestag, the parliament, German parliament, had a study about UFOs.
15:41He asked for, through the FOIA, the Freedom of Information Act, access to the study.
15:47They said there was no study.
15:49Nothing happened.
15:51So, he knew there was a part of the Bundestag that really had access to that, to that file.
15:58So, he asked again permission.
16:00They went to court.
16:02And they argued that the, that department of the Bundestag was not, could not be subpoenaed by a FOIA.
16:13And they went to a higher court, they won, but they are still waiting for new development.
16:19Good luck with that.
16:20Yeah.
16:20They'll get something that's all redacted.
16:22It's, it's, exactly.
16:23And in Portugal, you have not that much cases, because we were not at war, we don't have atomic warheads, we don't have atomic bases, nuclear bases.
16:35But, there are a few cases, very interesting, full of details, and you have the, the pilots coming, even to TV, and talking about it.
16:46And, especially, two former chief of staff of the Air Force.
16:50This is, was conducted by the Air Force in 1982.
16:55The three pilots that saw the object, this, this type of object, that's played with the planes.
17:01And they performed, they did a, uh, very profound study about what they may, may have seen.
17:09And this is signed by the three pilots.
17:12Wow.
17:15Wow.
17:16Why, why would discrepancy, go, go back there.
17:19Why, what's, what am I looking at?
17:20Yeah, because they wanted to know exactly the proportions of the, oh, I see, okay.
17:24Okay.
17:25Which ones did the pilots show, pick?
17:28Um, here, here, and this one, they said it was smaller.
17:33And this guy was the only guy that never wanted to be on camera.
17:38Wow.
17:38This is another, another case, where the, the, the pilot almost, he lost the control of the plane.
17:48When he, he, the, the UFO was here, he panicked, the UFO, and his plane stopped working and fell.
17:57And he tried everything to get, grab of the, the, the airplane again, and he, he eventually was able to.
18:04This is a report from the Air Force.
18:10This is, uh, uh, uh, Lieutenant Colonel.
18:13He's, this man was also, uh, NATO-based commander in Portugal.
18:18The bottom line is that too many people are, are seeing, I mean, it's just too many case
18:35after case after case.
18:36I mean, something's going on.
18:37This is a video that we shot several years ago in Michigan.
18:41The gentlemen, uh, firsthand, firsthand information.
18:46We know that the flap took place.
18:47This is close encounters of a second kind, as the craft was very, very close to, to the ground.
18:53Um, multiple witnesses saw this.
18:56So we keep getting stories like this.
18:59It's incredible.
19:00But we also, when this was, when I actually filmed this, uh, we had not had the first rung of a
19:07disclosure ladder.
19:08In other words, Commander David Fravor had not appeared yet on Tucker Carlson's show,
19:13claiming that whatever he saw was not of this earth.
19:17That, of course, happened in December of 2017.
19:20This clip comes from a few years earlier than that.
19:23And yet, what we see and what we hear from the witness is that this UFO was up close and personal
19:31right over the Miami International Airport.
19:34Here's his testimony.
19:35Okay, so I came to work one day.
19:38I worked at, at Miami International Airport as an air traffic controller.
19:42I was a radar controller there at that time.
19:45And I came to work on an 11 to 7 shift, which means I came to work at 10.30 in the morning.
19:51And when I walked in the facility, the place was buzzing, like something had happened.
19:57I thought maybe somebody had died.
19:59But I said, so what happened?
20:01What's going on?
20:02They said, ah, the midnight guys saw a UFO.
20:05I said, you're kidding.
20:08So I said, well, who was it that was on duty?
20:09So they told me.
20:10And, well, obviously he was gone because he had worked the midnight shift.
20:13So I was going to have to wait a few days to talk to this guy.
20:16When he came in, he did not want to talk about it.
20:19He was clearly spooked out of his mind.
20:22I mean, he was spooked.
20:23So I let it go.
20:25He said he wasn't going to talk.
20:26So I let it go.
20:28So about two weeks go by and I came in to work at the position.
20:35And I was assigned to the Fort Lauderdale sector.
20:38And this fellow was down there too.
20:41And it was just he and I.
20:42And there was like nobody around us for about 30 feet.
20:46So we were working and he looked over at me.
20:49I could tell he was thinking.
20:51And so he goes, he does the classic look around to make sure nobody's listening.
20:55He goes, okay, I'll tell you.
20:58He says it was about 6 o'clock in the morning, somewhere after 6.
21:01It was still dark.
21:03And I was getting ready to go home at 6.30.
21:08My replacement came up early to make the coffee.
21:11And there was an air traffic assistant up there too.
21:13So there was three of us sitting up there in the tower.
21:17And so the fellow made the coffee.
21:20And he walked over to the north side of the tower.
21:23And he looked and he could see all the lights.
21:27But as he looked across the horizon, something was covering up the lights.
21:30And it was moving towards the facility.
21:34So he looks up at the radar.
21:36And sure enough, here comes this huge target across the scope.
21:39Now, the tower radars only have 20-mile range.
21:42So when they're moving fast, they really come across it.
21:46And he didn't even get the words out of his mouth, what is that, when the thing was right over the airport.
21:52Really low altitude, at the same altitude as the tower.
21:57So about 180 feet.
22:00And he went, oh my gosh.
22:02And so everybody, of course, they look at this and they're all staring at this thing.
22:05It's huge.
22:06So it's right over the midfield terminal, which is where all the commuter traffic were sitting.
22:12And there was some poor schmuck in a maintenance vehicle out there, sleeping in his vehicle.
22:18This thing stopped, turned its light on, like just out of close encounters.
22:25And this truck is bathed in light.
22:28This guy freaks out.
22:30And he's, they all have ground control frequencies in their vehicles so they can cross runways.
22:36And he starts swearing on the frequency.
22:38What are you guys doing?
22:39I hate when you guys, because controllers like to play jokes.
22:42Sometimes they use the light gun, but this was no light gun and it wasn't a controller.
22:48And all of a sudden he realizes it's not the control tower.
22:51So he looks up and he's just freaked.
22:55He just quits talking completely.
22:57So I asked, I said, well, how long was it, you know, the light on for?
23:00He said, two or three minutes.
23:02Now, it was dark to dusk and it's getting lighter and lighter as this goes on.
23:09So this thing had been over the airport for a while.
23:12So at this point here, I stopped him.
23:14I said, so, all right, tell me how big was this thing and what was its shape?
23:19He said, all right, Paul, it was the size of a 727.
23:23And it was like one of those flying wing shapes, almost like a boomerang.
23:29And I said, what color was it?
23:31He said, it was like a dark gray green.
23:33He goes, so it shut its light off and it just sat there for a few minutes.
23:38And then all of a sudden it went straight up, straight up.
23:41And it just so happened that there was an Eastern airliner coming in from the islands down from the south.
23:49Well, this thing went right by his wing.
23:51The pilot was really surprised.
23:53He swore on the frequency, which is something they never do.
23:56And that was the radar controller was working him.
23:59He said, what are you guys doing down there or up there?
24:02And they said, you're not going to believe it.
24:05So the airliner keeps going and he goes out and he comes back in and he's starting to land.
24:11His landing procedure.
24:12Well, this airplane, this UFO has gone straight up over the airport, probably about 20,000 feet, and stops again.
24:21Now this time, as it started to go up, there was a controller that worked,
24:26that was going to work the day shift and a supervisor that was going to work the day shift.
24:30The controller was coming in from the north.
24:32He lived in my subdivision and the supervisor was coming in from the south.
24:36They both saw it go up.
24:39So there's two more witnesses there, plus the pilots and anybody that was on the Eastern,
24:43that side of the Eastern airplane that was awake, saw it also.
24:47So the thing stops and it starts to turn on lights, red, green, white.
24:56And it starts to tumble, just tumble.
25:00And so you can see these lights just gyrating.
25:02And so it did that for a couple of minutes and then it settled down, stopped and went right out of the atmosphere.
25:08You know, there's a lot of still shots, a lot of videos, a lot of hoaxes on YouTube or in other places,
25:22and you can spot them fairly easily.
25:24One of my favorite ones, which I believe is real, it was showed on Fox News.
25:29This guy's up about 35,000, 37,000 feet in a jet airliner.
25:33I'm sure you've seen it.
25:34And he's just kind of filming with his iPhone outside the window of a jet airliner.
25:39All of a sudden, this thing just kind of comes up through the clouds and then levels itself.
25:44And everybody's going, oh my gosh, what's that?
25:48So it's this cat and mouse game.
25:50We talked about this with Hugh Newman.
25:52This cat and mouse game has gone on literally for decades.
25:56And I'll just spill the beans.
25:58The way I look at this is from a biblical prophetic narrative.
26:02What I mean by that, the Bible is true.
26:05It's not the source of all truth.
26:06It doesn't have, you know, breaking down what the DNA code is, but it is a source of truth.
26:12And I believe it's the ultimate source of truth.
26:17So there's one scripture, prophetic scripture, which I find really interesting,
26:21which is in a book called Thessalonians.
26:24And it basically says, because they, and this is future.
26:29This was written 2,000 years ago, pointing towards the latter days.
26:33Because they did not believe the truth, God sends them a strong illusion.
26:39And so the first question we have to ask ourselves, well, what is the truth?
26:43What is this truth that the Bible is referring to?
26:47And in my opinion, it's the fact that, that Jesus Christ created everything.
26:53He spoke everything into existence.
26:57That's what, that's what scripture tells us, which goes against the prevailing paradigm
27:02in both academia and the scientific community of journalism, which says, no, no, no.
27:06All this just, just evolved over millions or billions of years.
27:10There is no God.
27:11There is no supernatural.
27:13It's just, it's all evolution and all this religious stuff is just mythos.
27:17But it's interesting how that scripture pinpoints with great accuracy, in my opinion,
27:23exactly where we are.
27:24Now, some people will say, well, you're reading into that, LA, and maybe I am.
27:28But the question is, the second question would be, now that we know that they've abandoned the truth
27:34because they did not believe the truth, God sends them strong delusion.
27:39There's a term I've used called the coming great deception.
27:43And this is kind of a long-winded question, but I have to set it up so you can respond to it.
27:50The neo-Darwinists are looking out there.
27:54They believe in the idea of panspermia, that we were seated here by a race of advanced extraterrestrials.
28:01So, if this is a deception, if it's a supernatural phenomenon that we're seeing,
28:10then it fits the biblical narrative perfectly.
28:13If they really are from some other planet, then it doesn't, per se, you know, I'm just saying.
28:19But if it's supernatural, then it's, what are your thoughts?
28:22Well, it depends. Do we have the same source or no?
28:29If there are different sources, if it's the same source,
28:35when you say the same source,
28:36same source that's sending these entities.
28:40Okay, all right.
28:41Assuming different shapes, etc.
28:44Which is what I believe.
28:47The other hypothesis is that there's really something different.
28:53Panspermia is not necessarily the seed of life through extraterrestrials.
28:59It can be the seeding by meteorites and comets, etc.
29:07So, they have found the ingredients of life, the organic materials in those comets.
29:14So, it could be, it could be.
29:17Although, our planet is in reality.
29:23It's the abundance of life, it's so diverse, it's absolutely amazing and difficult to explain.
29:30Yeah, I concur.
29:31However, the deception part, it's difficult to me to debate that because
29:44we would have to consider, for example, Fatima, I can relate to that.
29:49The Fatima apparition of 1917, in my opinion, was a UFO event.
29:54I've created two films on this.
29:56I'm going to show you, first, what happens at Fatima, and you'll see just the adoration and
30:04the worship of Mary.
30:05So, there's a disclaimer here, there's a caveat that you need to know, that we never talk about
30:10Mary, we never talk about people's belief systems or Catholicism or any of that.
30:15We don't attack that.
30:16That's not what we're about.
30:17What we do drill into is the handwritten documents from 1917, where witness after witness looked
30:24up and saw a dull silver disc.
30:26I'm not making this stuff up.
30:28Here's the clip from our film, Fatima.
30:30The reason why I'm going to show you this is because this film is the only film that I'm aware
30:36of that actually shows the original glass plates taken by photographer Joshua Benolio in 1917.
30:43And it clearly shows, in my opinion, a disc-like object hovering over the apparition site.
30:51Here's the clip.
31:13I can relate to that, deception.
31:16And you and I worked on our films on Fatima, right.
31:20The greys, I can eventually relate to that.
31:25The tall whites, the Nordics, it's a little bit different.
31:29A little different.
31:30Okay.
