00:00I want to get straight to it here, though, Danny.
00:02Tell me, do you have a side in this game?
00:08Well, of course, I'm fading Adam, right?
00:10I mean, just from a personal perspective,
00:11but also just because I want to be on the other side of him
00:14if it goes against him.
00:16No, I do genuinely like the Seahawks in this game, guys.
00:20The spread's a little dicey here.
00:22The approach that I'm going to take is wait for a better
00:24in-game number at four in the hook.
00:25I think it's set perfectly right now,
00:27but I do think this Patriots team,
00:29especially with the way their defense has improved
00:31as of late in the red zone over their three postseason games.
00:34The red zone defensive efficiency has come down to like 25%.
00:37Now, the question is, is that a product of the offenses they've played?
00:41C.J. Stroud in his worst form, a backup quarterback in Stidham,
00:44and then the aging Aaron Rodgers.
00:46We'll see against this offense led by Sam Darnold.
00:49So that's why I'm going to wait it out a little bit,
00:51try to get a better number with the Seahawks,
00:54and look to attack it from that standpoint,
00:56along with some pre-flop props and some MVP tickets.
00:59So give me an idea then, in that MVP market,
01:03if you like the Seattle side,
01:06the Darnold number is the favorite,
01:08but maybe you want to go a little bit further down that board?
01:15Yeah, absolutely.
01:16I mean, Darnold, sure, you can get it at plus money,
01:18and it's kind of the age-old idea of instead of betting the team,
01:22you bet the quarterback,
01:22because more often than not, we know the team that wins.
01:25The quarterback is going to win that award.
01:27It's a pretty viable process when you would look at Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes.
01:32I don't see the same path here for Seattle.
01:35Sam Darnold isn't just by far the best player on this team that has completely gotten him to this point.
01:40It's not to discredit anything with Darnold,
01:42but there's a lot more firepower surrounding him.
01:44You're getting a better version of Kenneth Walker now that he's getting high reps,
01:48a lot more volume since the absence of Zach Charbonnet.
01:51So you have a chance for someone like him to prop up.
01:53Heck, he had three touchdowns in their first playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers.
01:58He could easily make that happen again against New England.
02:00Additionally, you have JSN, a top star threat who everybody has their eyes on,
02:05and we know he can absolutely flip this game on its head.
02:07So him at about 6-1, Kenneth Walker at plus 850, I think they add a lot more of a presentable option
02:14as opposed to Sam Darnold at the shorter price.
02:16And then when you look at the standpoint from New England, sure, if they win realistically,
02:20it's going to be Drake made.
02:22But instead of betting him, if you're someone like me, well, I guess in my sense,
02:26I don't think they're going to win.
02:28But if you do think New England wins, I would just take the points instead of betting Drake made
02:32to win Super Bowl MVP because obviously the Patriots could still lose
02:35and you can cash your ticket at plus 4 in the hook.
02:38Or if they do win, you don't have to sweat out the voting process of it
02:41if for some reason it's not going to be Drake May.
02:44I think that would be the alternative, more viable option to do
02:48instead of taking him at about plus 230 or wherever he's been circulating around these days.
02:53Danny, I want to take a look at the New England offense.
02:56You mentioned Drake May, but outside of Drake May,
02:59who do you feel is the most important player to that offense?
03:02Is it, in fact, Stephon Diggs? Is it Ramondre Stevenson?
03:06Or is it someone else that we haven't discussed?
03:12Yeah, I mean, when you're looking at this New England offense, again,
03:15and the reason that it doesn't necessarily stand out with someone on their team,
03:19like you could say with the Seahawks having a star players,
03:21because it's a collection of, and it's not to diss them, but, you know, above average players.
03:26I mean, Booty's been emerging, but you wouldn't call him necessarily a star.
03:29Stephon Diggs, while he's been great, he's a little bit over the hill.
03:32Hunter Henry's been awesome, but then you also split some numbers,
03:35so he isn't just a consistently, you know, in their type of guy,
03:39getting every single throw from the top.
03:42He is really the guy who's going to make this impact.
03:46When they have had explosive offensive plays,
03:48sure, Booty has come up in some instances as of late,
03:51but I really think the tight end position is where they're going to make their biggest impact.
03:55Seattle is a defense that does have vulnerabilities against that position specifically.
04:00They'll pretty much kill you and wrap you up in every other facet,
04:04but the tight ends is where they have shown to have some issues,
04:06and we know that Drake May has had a great connection with them in the spots
04:10where they are getting on a really strong focal point with one another,
04:14so if they want to get this offense going early and often,
04:17I think a large part of it does have to filter through Hunter Henry.
