00:00Hey sis! Welcome to The Twists, the weekly show where we teach you about things.
00:04Sometimes it's about hair, sometimes it's not. For example, did you know that March
00:09is Women's History Month? Well it is, and while we couldn't make a video about
00:15like empowerment and like equality, like maternity leave or something, that's
00:20boring to be honest. And instead we wanted to know who are the most horrible
00:26women in history. Trash. Evil. Because as the saying goes, everything a man can do,
00:34we can do better. And apparently that includes murder.
00:44Queen Mary the First, which Girlboss died, is when she became the first Queen of
00:48England. As in, the throne was hers. She wasn't like a king's wife. She was like,
00:54my half-brother didn't want me to inherit the throne, so he gave it to my first
00:58cousin, and I obviously had her beheaded.
01:02Beverage. Her legacy? Burning people at the stake. She executed so many people.
01:10Mostly religious leaders and theologians who were Protestant instead of Catholic.
01:15Where do you think we got the term Bloody Mary?
01:19Bonnie Parker. Bet you didn't know she had a last name, because she's always attached
01:27to Clyde's old ragamuffin, men always still in the show looking. Bonnie is obviously one
01:33half of the infamous duo Bonnie and Clyde, and she doesn't even have her own Wikipedia
01:38page. And if that's not a women's rights issue, I don't know what is. She ran with
01:42the gang during the Great Depression in the United States, and she mostly robbed gas
01:48stations. She was probably like, let me get a pack of camels, some tampons, I'm gonna be
01:54on the road for a while, you know what I'm saying, America's Most Wanted. Babe, you want
01:57a Gatorade? And give me all your cash. Put it in the bag. Now.
02:04And while she never shot a police officer, or anybody for that matter, she never murdered
02:08anyone, she was an accomplice to 100 plus felonies in her two year crime spree. Fun fact, she
02:16was only 23. Eve. Not this one. That one. She literally committed the first sin. Was the fruit
02:27really that good, sis? Oh, wow. Look at the snake. He seems like a nice guy. Why is he talking to me?
02:35Why can't I understand him? Mmm, I don't know. But this fruit looks good. And I think it'll go
02:40great in my smoothie bowl. Adam, look! Oh my god, I didn't realize I was just naked right now.
02:46Wow. Thanks for the menstrual cramps. Griselda Blanco. She went by La Madrina, The Godmother,
03:03Black Widow, The Queen of Narco Trafficking. As in cocaine, girl. AKA somebody you did not want to
03:12mess with. She was the top drug lord in the Medellin cartel in Colombia. And she was pushing
03:19that yak, that stuff, from Colombia to Miami and New York. And at one point, her distribution network
03:28made 80 million dollars a month. She was like, I sell these grams, okay? I sell these packs,
03:37these stacks, these kilos, these bricks. I don't know how drugs work. Oh, so you're trying to sell
03:46on my block? In my city? In my country? Pew pew. I shot you. I shot you just now.
03:57The cocaine industry is male dominated, so the fact that she was running things during her time
04:03is historic. I'll give her that. But she was so violent. She killed at least 200 people in her
04:11lifetime, including children. Her competitors, who are also evil drug lords, would work together
04:18to try and assassinate her. And in 2012, at the age of 69, somebody succeeded. Two shots to the back of
04:27the head. There you have it. All these women made history, for all the wrong reasons. But hopefully
04:33you learned something. Give this video a like, share it, and subscribe for more from us. And we'll see
04:39you next Friday. Bye!
